Description
図1は、本実施の形態1における高分子発熱体の概略切り欠き構成図を示すものであり、図1(a)は平面図、図1(b)は(a)のx−y断面図である。図1において、発熱体1の構成は以下の通りである。
の、東レ社製のフィルムは、ポリ乳酸を含む樹脂と他のポリマーをナノレベルでアロイ化したもの、東セロ社製のフィルムは、ポリ乳酸を二軸延伸処理したものである。それぞれ厚みとしては50−100ミクロンのものを用意した。
本実施の形態2においても、実施の形態1における高分子発熱体と同様に図1に示す構成を用いて作成した。
ブチルゴムをバインダーとして溶剤でインク化することにより得た。
本実施の形態3においても、実施例1〜7における高分子発熱体と同様に図1に示す構成を用いて作成した。
とすることにより、不織布が補強材として作用するために、耐熱性の確保に加え、強度も向上することがわかった。

Claims (1)
- ベース側樹脂フィルムとカバー側樹脂フィルムに挟持してなる一対の電極と、前記一対の電極間に形成された抵抗体とを備え、前記ベース側樹脂フィルム及び前記カバー側樹脂フィルムの少なくとも一つが、ポリ乳酸繊維からなる不織布を、酸化させた大豆油に浸して得たことを特徴とする高分子発熱体。
