Description
集熱チャネルを内部に有する集熱板と、
熱放散チャネルを内部に有する熱放散板と、
ポンプと
を備え、
集熱チャネルの一方のポートが熱放散チャネルの一方のポートと連通し、集熱チャネルの他方のポートは、ポンプの液体出口と連通し、ポンプの液体入口は、熱放散チャネルの他方のポートと連通している。
集熱チャネルを内部に有する複数の集熱板と、
熱放散チャネルを内部に有する熱放散板と、
ポンプと
を有する熱放散装置であって、
電池は、2枚の隣接した集熱板間に配置され、
集熱チャネルの一方のポートが熱放散チャネルの一方のポートと連通し、集熱チャネルの他方のポートは、ポンプの液体出口と連通し、ポンプの液体入口は、熱放散チャネルの他方のポートと連通しており、
且つ集熱板内の集熱チャネルは、直列又は並列に連通している、熱放散装置を備える。
1.2枚の熱放散板2をそれぞれ支持フレーム8の固定溝16内に入れて、6本のボルト5(段付きボルト)をビームの貫通穴に挿通して、段付きボルトの第1段によって2枚の底部集熱板1をそれぞれ2枚の熱放散板2上に取り付け、次に、第1ナットを段付きボルトに締め付けることによってそれらを固定し、
2.底部集熱板1の上面を伝導性シリカゲルで覆い、それぞれに1つの温度センサ6(赤外線側温体)を熱伝導性シリカゲルによって付着させた4個の電池4を底部集熱板1の上に、その上の突出部17と整合させて載置し、電池4の表面を熱伝導性シリカゲルで覆い、2枚の集熱板2を電池4の上に、電池4の溝と整合させて載置し、次に、第2ナットを段付きボルトに締め付け、
3.上記ステップ2を繰り返して、それぞれに1つの温度センサ6(赤外線側温体)を熱伝導性シリカゲルによって付着させた第2層の電池を載置し、別の2枚の集熱板を第2電池層の上に載置し、第3ナットを段付きボルトに締め付け、
4.ねじ山付き端部を有する断熱パイプを使用して、集熱チャネル11の一方のポートを熱放散チャネル12の一方の端部と連通させ、集熱チャネル11の別のポートをポンプ3の出口と連通させ、熱放散チャネル12の別のポートをポンプの入口と連通させるようにし、集熱チャネル、ポンプ及び熱放散チャネルはすべて、それらのポートにねじ山を有しており、
5.温度センサを信号線によってECU7の入力ポートに接続し、
6.ECU7の出力ポートを信号線によってポンプ3に接続し、
7.すべての電池4を接続部品14で互いに接続し、それにより、バッテリパックを形成する。

Claims (6)
- 直列又は並列に接続された複数の電池(4)、支持フレーム(8)及び熱放散装置を備えるバッテリパックであって、
該熱放散装置が
集熱チャネル(11)を内部に有する複数の集熱板(1)と、
熱放散チャネル(12)を内部に有する熱放散板(2)と、
ポンプ(3)と
を備え、
支持フレーム(8)上に集熱板(1)及び熱放散板(2)が取り付けられ、且つ、集熱板(1)が熱放散板(2)の上方に配置され、
電池(4)は、2枚の隣接した集熱板(1)間に配置され、
集熱チャネル(11)の一方のポートが熱放散チャネル(12)の一方のポートと連通し、集熱チャネル(11)の他方のポートは、ポンプ(3)の液体出口と連通し、ポンプ(3)の液体入口は、熱放散チャネル(12)の他方のポートと連通しており、
集熱板(1)内の集熱チャネル(11)は、直列又は並列に連通している、バッテリパック。 - 集熱チャネル(11)及び熱放散チャネル(12)は、冷却液を内部に収容している、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 集熱板(1)及び電池(4)間の接触面を熱伝導性接着剤で覆ってなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 電池(4)は、その表面上に溝を有し、
集熱板(1)は、電池(4)と接触する表面上に、溝とはまり合う突出部(17)を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 電池(4)は、円筒形電池であり、
集熱板(1)は、電池(4)と接触するそれらの表面上に、円筒形電池の表面とはまり合う溝(18)を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 熱放散装置が、
各電池(4)又は各集熱板(1)にそれぞれ取り付けられた複数の温度センサ(6)と、
A/D変換器、プログラマブルコントローラ及び周波数変換器を有するECU(7)とをさらに備え、
A/D変換器は、各温度センサ(6)及びプログラマブルコントローラに電気的に接続され、周波数変換器は、ポンプ(3)及びプログラマブルコントローラに電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
