Claims (5)
- 上下にヘッダーを配置し、このヘッダー間に複数の伝熱管をカーテン状に配列したパネルを設置し、LNGがパネルを形成する伝熱管の下方から上方に向けて流通すると共に、伝熱管の表面に沿って海水を流下させ、伝熱管の内部を流通するLNGとの熱交換によって当該LNGを気化するように構成された液化天然ガスの気化器伝熱管において、伝熱管内の周壁面を波形フィン形状に形成し、伝熱管の下端部近傍部分における管内の周壁面を、円筒形に形成しており、伝熱管の管内における円筒形部分は、少なくとも伝熱管の最下端部分から、伝熱管とヘッダーとの溶接部分まで形成されていることを特徴とする液化天然ガスの気化器伝熱管。
- 伝熱管の管内における円筒形部分の上部は、波形フィン形状に次第に移行するものである請求項1に記載の液化天然ガスの気化器伝熱管。
- 伝熱管の管内における円筒形部分が、波形フィン形状に移行する部分は、伝熱管の外表面に形成された放熱用フィンの下方に位置している請求項1または2に記載の液化天然ガスの気化器伝熱管。
- 伝熱管の管内における波形フィン形状は、谷部および山部が丸みを帯びた略星形である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の液化天然ガスの気化器伝熱管。
- 伝熱管の管内における波形フィン形状は、谷部が円弧状もしくは平坦状で、山部が丸みを帯びた略花びら形である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の液化天然ガスの気化器伝熱管。
