この例において、それら柔軟なセグメントは、2000の分子量を有するポリヘキシル=エチル=カルボナート=ジオール(PHECD)、1500の分子量を有するポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、及び、1000の分子量を有するポリジメチルシロキサン=ジオール(PDMSD)であり、その堅固なセグメントは、250.26の分子量を有する4,4’−ジフェニルメタン=ジイソシアナート(MDI)及び60.1の分子量を有するエチレンジアミン(ED)で構成され、且つ、それら末端基は、2000の分子量を有するメトキシ=ポリエチレングリコール(mPEG)及び、2000の分子量を有する単官能のOHで終端がなされたポリジメチルシロキサン(mPDMS)である。反応器には、8.6モルのPHECD、6.9モルのPDMSD、0.044モルのmPDMS、及び3.8モルのPEGが装填される。それら反応物は、窒素パージと共に、真空下で乾燥させられる。そして、ジメチルアセトアミドにおける32.7モルの4,4’−ジフェニルメタン=ジイソシアナートの溶液が、その反応器に添加されると共に、その反応器の内容物は、さらに、追加のジメチルアセトアミドの溶剤で希釈される。それら構成成分は、3時間の間、55℃で攪拌される。そして、その反応器の内容物は、より多くのジメチルアセトアミドの溶剤で希釈されると共に、40℃まで冷却される。重合体の合成は、ジメチルアセトアミドの溶剤における12.5モルのエチレンジアミンを添加すること、及び、30分の間、40℃で攪拌することによって、完了される。
Claims (12)
- (a)10重量%から45重量%の少なくとも一つの堅固なセグメント、及び
(b)55重量%から90重量%の柔軟なセグメント
を含む骨格を有し、
前記柔軟なセグメントが、
(i)合計の前記柔軟なセグメントの重量の5重量%から25重量%の第1のセグメント、
(ii)合計の前記柔軟なセグメントの重量の5重量%から25重量%の第2のセグメント、及び
(iii)合計の前記柔軟なセグメントの重量の50重量%から90重量%の第3のセグメント
を含み、
前記堅固なセグメントが、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアナート及びエチレンジアミンで構成される結晶質のセグメントであり、
前記柔軟なセグメントが非晶質のセグメントであり、
前記第1のセグメントが、シロキシの部位で終端されたオリゴマーのポリジメチルシロキサンジオールを含み、
前記第2のセグメントが、ポリエチレングリコールを含み、
前記第3のセグメントが、ポリへキシルエチルカルボナートジオールを含む
マルチブロックポリマー。 - キャップ形成末端基をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマルチブロックポリマー。
- 前記キャップ形成末端基は、当該マルチブロックポリマーの10重量%未満を含む、請求項2に記載のマルチブロックポリマー。
- 前記請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のマルチブロックポリマーを含む膜。
- 乾燥重量の2%から25%の水の吸収を有する、請求項4に記載の膜。
- 乾燥重量の20%未満の水の吸収を有する、請求項4に記載の膜。
- 乾燥重量の15%未満の水の吸収を有する、請求項4に記載の膜。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の膜であって、その水の吸収及び前記第2のセグメントの体積が、合計の乾燥した重合体の体積の75%未満であるという特性を有する膜。
- 請求項4〜8のいずれか一項に記載の膜を備えるブドウ糖センサー。
- 請求項9に記載のブドウ糖センサーであって、体液内に浸漬することが可能である膜。
- 請求項9又は10に記載のブドウ糖センサーであって、酸素及びブドウ糖の浸透選択性であるブドウ糖センサー。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のブドウ糖センサーであって、酸化によってブドウ糖を感知するブドウ糖センサー。
