Description
以下、本発明にかかる回転機の制御装置をパラレル・シリーズハイブリッド車に適用した第1の実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第3の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第4の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (10)
- 回転機を直流電源の正極側に接続する高電位側スイッチング素子及び前記直流電源の負極側に接続する低電位側スイッチング素子の直列接続体を複数備えて構成される電力変換回路を操作することで、前記回転機を制御する回転機の制御装置において、
前記回転機の電圧利用率が規定値を上回ることに基づき、前記電力変換回路を構成するスイッチング素子のオン状態からオフ状態への切り替え及びオフ状態からオン状態への切り替えの少なくとも一方の切替速度を低下させる低下手段を備えることを特徴とする回転機の制御装置。 - 前記回転機が複数からなり、
前記電力変換回路は、前記複数の回転機のそれぞれを前記直流電源の正極側に接続する高電位側スイッチング素子及び前記直流電源の負極側に接続する低電位側スイッチング素子の直列接続体を備えて構成され、
前記低下手段は、前記複数の回転機のそれぞれについて、その電圧利用率が規定値を上回ることに基づき、これに接続される前記スイッチング素子の切替速度を低下させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転機の制御装置。 - 前記複数の回転機のそれぞれに接続される前記スイッチング素子を操作するための互いに相違する複数の処理のそれぞれの中から前記回転機の運転状態に応じて選択した処理を行う処理手段を更に備え、
前記低下手段は、前記複数の処理のいずれによって前記スイッチング素子が操作されているかに基づき、前記切替速度を低下させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の回転機の制御装置。 - 前記処理手段は、前記回転機の電気角の一周期に前記高電位側スイッチング素子及び低電位側スイッチング素子を各1回オン状態とする矩形波制御を行う矩形波制御手段を備え、
前記低下手段は、前記矩形波制御のなされている回転機に接続される前記スイッチング素子の前記切替速度を低下させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の回転機の制御装置。 - 前記処理手段は、前記回転機に対する指令電圧に基づき、PWM制御によって前記スイッチング素子を操作するPWM処理手段を更に備え、
前記PWM処理手段は、前記指令電圧のピーク値が前記電源電圧の「1/2」を上回る場合に、前記指令電圧に対する前記回転機への実際の印加電圧の不足分を補償しつつ前記スイッチング素子を操作する過変調処理手段を備え、
前記低下手段は、前記過変調処理手段の処理がなされている回転機に接続される前記スイッチング素子の前記切替速度を低下させることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の回転機の制御装置。 - 前記低下手段は、前記回転機の回転速度及びトルクに基づき、前記切替速度を低下させる処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の回転機の制御装置。
- 複数の回転機のそれぞれを直流電源の正極側に接続する高電位側スイッチング素子及び負極側に接続する低電位側スイッチング素子の直列接続体を備えて構成される電力変換回路を操作することで、前記複数の回転機を制御する回転機の制御装置において、
前記複数の回転機のうち、矩形波制御がなされているものについて、これに接続される前記スイッチング素子のオン状態からオフ状態への切り替え及びオフ状態からオン状態への切り替えの少なくとも一方の切替速度を低下させる低下手段を備えることを特徴とする回転機の制御装置。 - 複数の回転機のそれぞれを直流電源の正極側に接続する高電位側スイッチング素子及び負極側に接続する低電位側スイッチング素子の直列接続体を備えて構成される電力変換回路を操作することで、前記複数の回転機を制御する回転機の制御装置において、
前記回転機に対する指令電圧に基づき、PWM制御によって前記スイッチング素子を操作して且つ、前記指令電圧のピーク値が前記電源電圧の「1/2」を上回る場合に、前記指令電圧に対する前記回転機への実際の印加電圧の不足分を補償しつつ前記スイッチング素子を操作する過変調処理手段を備えるPWM処理手段と、
前記複数の回転機のうち、前記過変調処理手段の処理がなされているものについて、これに接続される前記スイッチング素子のオン状態からオフ状態への切り替え及びオフ状態からオン状態への切り替えの少なくとも一方の切替速度を低下させる低下手段とを備えることを特徴とする回転機の制御装置。 - 前記低下手段は、少なくとも前記スイッチング素子のオン状態からオフ状態への切替速度を低下させることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の回転機の制御装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の回転機の制御装置と、
前記電力変換回路とを備えることを特徴とする回転機の制御システム。
