Claims (4)
- 示差走査熱分析法により、測定対象の二次電池から取り出した第1のセパレータの熱特性と、未使用の二次電池から取り出した第2のセパレータの熱特性とを測定し、
示差走査熱分析により得られた前記第1のセパレータの融点における第1の信号強度と前記第2のセパレータの融点における第2の信号強度とを比較することにより、前記第1のセパレータにおける劣化の度合いを測定する
ことを特徴とする二次電池用セパレータの測定方法。 - 請求項1記載の二次電池用セパレータの測定方法において、
前記第2の信号強度を100%として、前記第1の信号強度が50.8%以下の場合に、前記第1のセパレータを不良品と判定する
ことを特徴とする二次電池用セパレータの測定方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の二次電池用セパレータの測定方法において、
前記第1のセパレータの熱特性及び前記第2のセパレータの熱特性を、熱流束示差走査熱分析法により測定する
ことを特徴とする二次電池用セパレータの測定方法。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池用セパレータの測定方法において、
前記測定対象の二次電池と、前記未使用の二次電池とは、同一種類の二次電池である
ことを特徴とする二次電池用セパレータの測定方法。
