Description
− オリフィス形成用ロッド11の上面15とスリーブ8の上面16の距離は、成形される部材(チューブ頭部)の対応する壁部の厚さよりもわずかに厚くなければならない。
− 弁2は、分量決定ノズルの開放段階にはオリフィス形成用ロッド11の上面15に非常に近いか接触せねばならない(接触することが好ましい)。
− 弁2の直径は、スリーブ8の直径に合わせて選択される。例えば直径D2=14.5mmのスリーブでは、弁の直径はD1=13mmである。分量決定ノズルの出口で材料が広がることで、その材料の下部がノズルを通過してスリーブの周辺部の上に13mmの距離にわたって存在することができ、弁は7mmの行程を実現する(図2)。分量決定ノズルが閉じられると、弁は逆の行程を移動するが、スリーブ8に対する材料の位置は変化しない。材料は短時間の空気ジェットによって分量決定ノズルから離れ、材料の上部がスリーブ8の上面に押しつけられる(図3)。最終的に、材料の約75%の高さがスリーブの周辺部に位置し、約25%がスリーブの上面よりも上に位置する。これは、材料の塊の20〜40%がスリーブの上面と一致する平面20よりも上に位置し、それに対応して80〜60%がその平面よりも下に位置することを意味する。
Claims (6)
- 溶融状態の所定量のプラスチック材料(3)を鋳型の2つの部分の間で圧縮することによってプラスチック材料からなる製品を成形する装置であって、
少なくとも1つのプラスチック材料供給源(1)と、
所定量のプラスチック材料(3)を一時的に支持することが可能であって上面(16)および側壁(17)を有するスリーブ(8)の中を滑動するロッド(11)と、
製品の頭部を形成するための鋳型(6、7)と、
その鋳型(6、7)と協働するマンドレル(18)と、を備える、
ものにおいて、
前記スリーブ(8)の上に前記所定量のプラスチック材料を堆積させる手段(1、2)を具備し、
前記スリーブ(8)の上面(16)と一致する平面(20)よりも上に堆積されるプラスチック材料(22)の量が、その材料(3)の全量の20%〜40%となるようにされている、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記平面(20)よりも上にある材料(22)とその平面(20)よりも下にある材料(21)の比が、30/70である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置と、前記スリーブ(8)の自由端の上に一時的に堆積された所定量のプラスチック材料(3)との組合せであって、
平面(20)よりも上に堆積されるプラスチック材料(22)の量が、その材料(3)の全量の20%〜40%である、
ことを特徴とする組合せ。 - 前記平面(20)よりも上にある材料(22)とその平面(20)よりも下にある材料(21)の比が、30/70である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組合せ。
- 請求項1記載した装置を用いて所定量のプラスチック材料(3)を成形する方法であって、その材料(3)を、前記スリーブ(8)の上面(16)と一致する平面(20)よりも上に堆積されるプラスチック材料(22)の量が、その材料(3)の全量の20%〜40%であるようにして前記上面(16)と前記側壁(17)の上に堆積させる、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記平面(20)よりも上にある材料(22)と、その平面(20)よりも下にある材料(21)の比が、30/70である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
