Description
前記凸部は、前記異極に存在する凸部と、流入口と流出口を結ぶ方向の位置が互い違いであって、それぞれの磁極側に位置する前記突起の張り出し部と、前記凸部の側壁面へ投影した投影部間の距離が互いに最も短い突起と凸部とは、前記最も近い突起の流れ方向の厚さの中心が前記最も近い凸部の前記側壁面への投影部よりも、流れ方向に対して下流にずれて設置した前記の磁気分離装置である。
前記突起と、前記突起流入口と流出口を結ぶ流れ方向の上流側に位置する前記側壁とで形成される角部に磁性異物を滞留させる前記の前記の磁気分離装置である。
前記突起の先端は断面が円弧状である前記の磁気分離装置である。
粉体状の活物質を含むスラリー状混合物を塗布する塗布装置の前に、非磁性材料からなる管路と、前記管路を挟んで対向して配置した異極の磁石と、前記管路内部の前記磁石側の両側壁から被処理流体の流入口と流出口を結ぶ方向と直角方向に互い違いに管中央部に張り出した板状の非磁性体の突起を、前記板状の突起の板状面を流れ方向と直角方向に配置した磁気分離装置によって磁性体を分離した後に、活物質を塗布した電池である。

Claims (5)
- 非磁性材料からなる管路と、前記管路を挟んで対向して配置した異極の磁石と、
前記管路内部の前記磁石側の両側壁から被処理流体の流入口と流出口を結ぶ方向と直角方向に互い違いに管中央部に張り出した板状の非磁性体の突起を、前記板状の突起の板状面を流れ方向と直角方向に配置したものであることを特徴とする磁気分離装置。 - 前記凸部は、前記異極に存在する凸部と、流入口と流出口を結ぶ方向の位置が互い違いであって、それぞれの磁極側に位置する前記突起の張り出し部と、前記凸部の側壁面へ投影した投影部間の距離が互いに最も短い突起と凸部とは、前記最も近い突起の流れ方向の厚さの中心が前記最も近い凸部の前記側壁面への投影部よりも、流れ方向に対して下流にずれて設置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気分離装置。
- 前記突起と、前記突起流入口と流出口を結ぶ流れ方向の上流側に位置する前記側壁とで形成される角部に磁性異物を滞留させることを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれか1項記載の磁気分離装置。
- 前記突起の先端は断面が円弧状であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の磁気分離装置。
- 粉体状の活物質を含むスラリー状混合物を塗布する塗布装置の前に、非磁性材料からなる管路と、前記管路を挟んで対向して配置した異極の磁石と、前記管路内部の前記磁石側の両側壁から被処理流体の流入口と流出口を結ぶ方向と直角方向に互い違いに管中央部に張り出した板状の非磁性体の突起を、前記板状の突起の板状面を流れ方向と直角方向に配置した磁気分離装置によって磁性体を分離した後に、活物質を塗布したことを特徴とする電池。
