【解決手段】 非磁性材料からなる管路1と、管路内を流れる被処理流体内の磁性異物4を捕集する前記管路1を挟んで対向する磁石6,7を有する磁気分離装置において、前記管路内部の側壁8に突起2を設ける。

Claims (2)
- 非磁性材料からなる管路と、管路内を流れる被処理流体内の磁性異物を捕集する前記管路を挟んで対向する磁石を有する磁気分離装置において、前記管路内部の磁石側の側壁に板状の突起を有し、管路内部の対向する側壁に互い違いに突起が設置されていることを特徴とする磁気分離装置。
- 前記管路内部の磁石側の側壁の板状の突起のうち、少なくとも一つは、前記板状の突起の中心が前記磁石の管側に配置した軟質磁性材料の凸部近傍の磁気力の強い部分より、流れ方向に対して下流にずれて設置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気分離装置。
