Claims (6)
- 偏光フィルムを製造するためのPVA(ポリビニルアルコール)フィルムをヨウ素及びヨウ化カリウムを含む溶液に浸漬するための浴からの廃液を貯蔵するための廃液貯蔵槽と、
前記廃液貯蔵槽に貯蔵された廃液のpHが7未満になるように調整し、その後電気透析法により前記廃液中のヨウ素成分をヨウ化カリウム濃縮液として分離する電気透析装置と、
前記電気透析装置からの前記ヨウ化カリウム濃縮液に新たなヨウ素成分を追加し混合することにより前記溶液を調整し、これを前記浴へ供給するリサイクル処理部とを備えること
を特徴とする偏光フィルム製造薬液の循環使用システム。 - 偏光フィルムを製造するためのPVA(ポリビニルアルコール)フィルムをホウ酸とヨウ化カリウムを含む溶液に浸漬するための浴からの廃液を貯蔵するための廃液貯蔵槽と、
前記廃液貯蔵槽に貯蔵された廃液のpHが7未満になるように調整し、その後電気透析法により前記廃液中のヨウ素成分をヨウ化カリウム濃縮液として分離する電気透析装置と、
前記電気透析装置において前記廃液からヨウ素を分離した脱塩液を、pHが7以上となるように調整し、その後電気透析法により前記脱塩液中のホウ素成分をホウ酸濃縮液として分離するホウ素分離濃縮部と、
前記電気透析装置からのホウ酸濃縮液をpHが7未満になるように調整し、前記ヨウ化カリウム濃縮液とを混合し、新たなヨウ化カリウムおよびホウ酸を追加することにより前記溶液を調整し、これを前記浴へ供給すること
を特徴とする偏光フィルム製造薬液の循環使用システム。 - 偏光フィルムを製造するためのPVA(ポリビニルアルコール)フィルムをヨウ化カリウムを含む溶液に浸漬するための浴からの廃液を貯蔵するための廃液貯蔵槽と、

前記廃液貯蔵槽に貯蔵された廃液のpHが7未満になるように調整し、その後電気透析法により前記廃液中のヨウ素成分をヨウ化カリウム濃縮液として分離する電気透析装置と、
前記電気透析装置において前記廃液からヨウ素を分離した脱塩液を、pHが7以上となるように調整した後、電気透析法により前記脱塩液中のホウ素成分をホウ酸濃縮液として分離するホウ素分離濃縮部と、
前記電気透析装置からの前記ヨウ化カリウム濃縮液並びに前記ホウ素分離濃縮部からのホウ酸濃縮液のpHを7未満になるように調整し、これと前記ヨウ化カリウム濃縮液と新たなヨウ素成分およびホウ酸を追加混合することにより前記溶液を調整し、これを前記浴へ供給するリサイクル処理部とを備えること
を特徴とする偏光フィルム製造薬液の循環使用システム。 - 偏光フィルムを製造するためのPVA(ポリビニルアルコール)フィルムをヨウ素及びヨウ化カリウムを含む第1の溶液に浸漬するための第1の浴からの廃液、並びにPVAフィルムをホウ酸とヨウ化カリウムを含む第2の溶液に浸漬するための第2の浴からの廃液を貯蔵するための廃液貯蔵槽と、
前記廃液貯蔵槽に貯蔵された廃液のpHが7未満になるように調整し、その後電気透析法により前記廃液中のヨウ素成分をヨウ化カリウム濃縮液として分離する電気透析装置と、
前記電気透析装置において前記廃液からヨウ素成分を分離した脱塩液を、pHが7以上となるように調整した後、電気透析法により前記脱塩液中のホウ素成分をホウ酸濃縮液として分離するホウ素分離濃縮部と、
前記電気透析装置からのヨウ化カリウム濃縮液に新たなヨウ素成分を追加し混合することにより前記第1の溶液を調整し、これを前記第1の浴へ供給するとともに、前記ホウ素分離濃縮部からのホウ酸濃縮液のpHを7未満になるように調整し、これと前記ヨウ化カリウム濃縮液と新たなヨウ素成分およびホウ酸を追加混合することにより前記第2の溶液を調整し、これを前記第2の浴へ供給するリサイクル処理部とを備えること
を特徴とする偏光フィルム製造薬液の循環使用システム。 - 前記第2の浴は、前記第1の浴に浸漬させた前記PVAフィルムを浸漬するための浴であること
を特徴とする請求項5記載の偏光フィルム製造薬液の循環使用システム。
