尚、上記実施形態は、電動丸鋸Aに適用した例であるが、本発明は電動丸鋸A以外の携帯用電動切断工具にも適用できるのは勿論であり、同様の作用効果を奏することができる。

Claims (2)
- 電動機の回転速度を起動から所定のソフトスタート時間を経た後に定速運転領域の設定速度に到達させるソフトスタート機能を備えた携帯用電動切断工具の速度制御装置において、
上記ソフトスタート機能の終了時、電動機の回転速度が上記定速運転領域の設定速度を一旦超えた後に該設定速度に低下するように、該電動機がソフトスタート領域から定速運転領域へ移る段階で加速度がなくなることに起因して発生する起動時とは逆の反動を抑えるための、電動機の回転速度のオーバーシュート制御を強制的に行う速度制御手段を設け、
上記速度制御手段は、上記電動機に対する回転速度フィードバック制御の応答性が、オーバーシュート制御をしない場合に比べて鈍く設定された回路要素からなり、該回路要素により電動機に対する回転速度フィードバック制御の応答性を鈍くすることで、オーバーシュート制御を行うものであることを特徴とする携帯用電動切断工具の速度制御装置。 - 請求項1の携帯用電動切断工具の速度制御装置において、
携帯用電動切断工具は電動丸鋸であることを特徴とする携帯用電動切断工具の速度制御装置。
