- 平らな物体を包装するための方法であって、平らな物体(1)は包装手段ウェブ(2a、2b)内でウェブ方向に輸送される物体の流れ(3)において互いに隔てられて次々に運ばれ、包装手段ウェブ(2a、2b)は平らな物体(1)の両側を覆い、包装手段の上部領域(2a)と下部領域(2b)との間の横断方向の接合は2つの連続する物体(1)の間で処理手段(11)によって物体の流れ(3)上で生成され、処理手段(11)と物体の流れ(3)は実質的に同じ速度で同じ方向に動き、
第1の押さえ手段(12a)と第2の押さえ手段(12b)は処理手段(11)の運動方向の前後にそれぞれ配置されかつ弾力的に処理手段(11)に接合されており、処理手段(11)が処理動作を行う前およびその間に包装手段の上部領域(2a)を包装手段の下部領域(2b)に対して押圧し、
処理手段(11)が包装手段の上部領域(2a)および下部領域(2b)に対して押圧することによって、包装手段(2)は処理領域において物体の流れ(3)を支えて輸送する支持ベルト(20)に対して押圧され、それにより処理動作を実行することを特徴とする、方法。 - 支持ベルト(20)は、処理手段(11)が及ぼした力によって変位されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 支持ベルト(20)の緩衝層(22)は、処理手段(11)が及ぼした力によって圧縮されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 処理手段は、処理手段(11)が包装手段(2)の上部領域および下部領域に対して押圧することによって、その取付部材(14)に対して付勢されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複数の処理手段(11)の各々が均一の動きで初期位置を過ぎて実質的に物体の流れ(3)の速度で物体の流れ(3)ヘ導かれ、処理動作が行われ、次に戻り経路において処理手段(11)が初期位置を過ぎて戻るよう導かれることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- すべての時点において、最大で1つの処理手段(11)が、処理動作を行うためにコンベヤ流れ(3)に接触していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 処理手段(11)はドラム(14)上で組立てられて環状経路で動き、物体の流れ(3)の輸送方向はこの環状経路に対して実質的に接線方向に走ることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 処理動作は、熱溶接、超音波溶接、予備接着された位置の押圧、および分離の動作のうち少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 平らな物体を包装するための装置であって、
・平らな物体(1)を包装手段ウェブ(2a、2b)内でウェブ方向に輸送する物体の流れ(3)において互いに隔てて次々に運ぶためのコンベヤ手段を含み、包装手段ウェブ(2a、2b)は平らな物体の両側を覆い、
・2つの連続する物体(1)の間において物体の流れ(3)上で包装手段の上部領域(2a)と下部領域(2b)との間の横断方向の接合を生じるための処理手段(11)と、
・処理領域において物体の流れ(3)と実質的に同じ速度で同じ方向に処理手段(11)を動かすための運動手段(14)と、
・処理領域において物体の流れ(3)を運ぶため、かつ、押さえ手段(12a、12b)および処理手段(11)によって物体の流れ(3)上に及ぼされる力に対抗する力を生じるための支持ベルト(20)を含み、
処理手段(11)は第1の押さえ手段(12a)と第2の押さえ手段(12b)と間に配置され、これらの押さえ手段は弾力的に処理手段(11)に固定されていてその処理手段による処理の前およびその間に包装手段(2)を押さえるよう設計されており、処理手段(11)が処理動作を実行する前に包装手段の上部領域(2a)および下部領域(2b)を支持ベルト(20)に対して押圧することを特徴とする、装置。 - 支持ベルト(20)は柔軟性のある緩衝層(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 支持ベルト(20)は外側に耐熱層(23)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 処理手段(11)は接続によって運動手段(14)に固定され、前記接続は処理手段(11)の運動方向に実質的に垂直に走る方向に柔軟性があることを特徴とする、請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 運動手段(14)は複数の処理手段(11)が回転経路に沿って均一に動くよう設計されており、前記回転経路は処理領域において処理手段(11)を物体の流れ(3)に接触するようにさせることを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 処理手段(11)はドラム上で組立てられて環状経路において動くことができ、物体の流れ(3)の輸送装置はこの環状経路に対して実質的に接線方向に走ることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 処理手段は、溶接ビーム、押圧板、または超音波溶接装置であることを特徴とする、請求項9から14のいずれかに記載の装置。
