Description
本発明に係るプランジャー(改良プランジャー)を巻き締めたものと既存プランジャーを巻き締めたものを用い、高さ150cmよりプランジャーロッドを下にして約45°の角度で鉄板上に落下させる落下試験を行ったところ表1の結果が得られた。この試験は、プランジャーとガスケットの間に隙間が見られるまで最大50回繰り返し行い、N=3で実施した。

Claims (6)
- ガスケットに螺合するためのネジ部を備えたプランジャーであって、該ネジ部の溝内にプランジャーネジ部とガスケットネジ部の螺合の緩みを防止するための突起部を有し、該突起部はネジ部の溝底に形成された突起先端部からガスケットネジ部の内壁に係合可能に突出形成された突起係合部へその突出高さが漸増するくさび形状をなし、該突起先端部は該突起係合部に対しプランジャーの螺合回転方向側に位置し、該突起係合部が弾性を有するガスケットネジ部の内壁に食い込むことによりプランジャーの螺合回転方向とは反対方向への回転が規制されることを特徴とするプランジャー。
- 前記ネジ部における前記突起部の設けられた位置が、ネジ部のほぼ中央からプランジャーとの結合部寄りであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプランジャー。
- 前記突起部の高さがネジ部のネジ山頂端部から突出していないことを特徴とする請求項1記載もしくは請求項2のいずれかの項に記載のプランジャー。
- 前記突起部が1以上設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないしは請求項3のいずれかの項に記載のプランジャー。
- 前記突起部が複数設けられている場合には、ネジ溝周囲に等間隔に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないしは請求項4のいずれかの項に記載のプランジャー。
- ガスケットに螺合するためのネジ部を備えたプランジャーであって、該ネジ部の溝内にプランジャーネジ部とガスケットネジ部の螺合の緩みを防止するための突起部を有している請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のプランジャーを利用することを特徴とするプレフィルドシリンジ製剤。
