Claims (3)
- 高炉の鉄皮内方で、耐火レンガに取り囲まれて残留する銑鉄を爆破して解体する高炉の銑鉄解体方法において、
上記耐火レンガを撤去し、上記鉄皮に面して上記銑鉄が露出する空間を形成し、
該空間に向けて上記銑鉄が破壊されるように、該銑鉄の適宜位置に縦向きの発破孔を削孔し、
該発破孔に装填した火薬で上記銑鉄を爆破するようにしたことを特徴とする高炉の銑鉄解体方法。 - 前記銑鉄を爆破する前に、前記空間に流動性を有する粒状体を充填して、当該空間を埋めるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉の銑鉄解体方法。
- 前回の爆破作業後、残存する前記銑鉄に対する次回の爆破作業前に、破壊した該銑鉄を撤去した後に生じる撤去後空間に流動性を有する粒状体を充填して、当該撤去後空間を埋め戻すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高炉の銑鉄解体方法。
