Claims (3)
- スクリュー素材にらせん状の溝加工をする工程と、
溝加工されたらせん溝に耐摩耗性材料を肉盛り溶接する工程と、
肉盛り溶接された前記スクリュー本体の外径を所定寸法に仕上げた後、らせん羽根を形成する粗加工の工程と、
仕上げ加工の工程と、を有する樹脂押出用のスクリューの製造方法であって、
前記粗加工は、前記肉盛り溶接部分を避けて行うスクリューの製造方法。 - 前記らせん溝は、その断面形状が両側部に傾斜面を有する皿状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリューの製造方法。
- 前記傾斜面の傾斜角度は、水平面に対し50〜80°であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスクリューの製造方法。
