Abstract
하지만 이러한 것의 문제가 바렐 슬리브는 매우 높은 강도가 요구되므로 통쇠를 절삭가공하여 C자형의 환봉을 제작하고 두 개의 환봉을 접합하여 8자 형태의 슬리브를 제작하는데, 장기간 지속적으로 압출기를 사용하면 슬리브의 접합부가 벌어짐되면서 수지가 틈새로 끼거나 치수안정화가 저하되어 스크류의 회전을 간섭하게 되는 등의 문제가 있는 것이다.
따라서 본 발명은 통쇠로 이루어진 금속체의 외경을 원가공으로 테두리 형태를 가공하고 그 내경을 파서 8자형태로 가공함으로써 슬리브를 일체형으로 제작하여 접합부분이 없도록 하여 높은 압출압에서 장기간 사용될 경우에도 형태가 쉽게 변형되지 않으며 치수안정화를 유지토록 한 것이다.
Description
즉, 종래의 슬리브는 도 5a에 도시된 바와 같이 통쇠로 이루어진 금속체를 재료로 하여 내,외부를 가공하여 파이프의 형태로 이루어지도록 하면서 그 일단을 절삭하여 C자형의 환봉을 제작하고 두 개의 환봉을 접합하여 8자 형태의 슬리브를 제작하게 되는데, 이에 따라 슬리브의 제작을 위해서는 환봉을 매우 정밀하게 가공하여 접합하는 공정을 거치게 되는 것이고, 특히 접합이 제대로 되지 않은 경우 수지가 새는 문제가 발생할 수 있으므로 고도의 기술력이 요구되는 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 공급된 원료에 압력을 발생시키는 스크류(100)가 바렐 본체(200)에 내장되고, 스크류(100)와 바렐 본체(200)의 사이에는 스크류(100)의 외경과 바렐 본체(200)의 내경이 직접적으로 마찰되것을 방지토록 바렐 슬리브(1)가 내장되는 압출기의 바렐에 있어서,
상기 바렐 슬리브(1)는 통쇠로 이루어진 금속체의 외경(1a) 테두리가 만곡되게 절삭가공되고, 그 내경(1b)은 8자 형태로 절삭가공되어 슬리브 전체가 접합된 부분이 없이 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기의 바렐 슬리브. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(1)는 외경(1a)이 8자 형태로 절삭가공된 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기의 바렐 슬리브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(1)는 양변이 원형으로 가공되고, 타측의 양변은 일자형태로 가공되어 보강부(1c)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 압출기의 바렐 슬리브.
