更に、該通気性撥水シートと該透湿シートとの間に、厚み方向にわたって及び/又は平面方向にわたって空気の流通が可能な空間を有する空間形成材料を配してなる吸収性物品を提供することにより前記目的を達成したものである。

自然状態とは、長繊維の一方の端部を水平な板に固定し、繊維をその自重で下方に垂らした状態をいう。
耐水圧(g/cm2)=(0.1×t)÷(1.75×1.75×π)
試験は5枚の試験片で行い、その平均値を算出する。ある試験片の測定値が平均値の2割を超えて振れた場合はその試験片の測定値は廃棄し、再測定を行う。人工尿は生理食塩水にノニオン界面活性剤(C12アルキルエーテルのエチレオキサイド6モル付加物)を適宜加えて、表面張力を50±2dyn/cmに調整したものを用いる。ノニオン界面活性剤は適宜変更可能である。

Claims (8)
- 吸収コアと該吸収コアの裏面側に配された透湿シートの間に、JIS P8117に準じて測定された通気度が2〜100秒/(300ml・32枚)の通気性撥水シートを配し、
更に、該通気性撥水シートと該透湿シートとの間に、厚み方向にわたって及び/又は平面方向にわたって空気の流通が可能な空間を有する空間形成材料を配してなる吸収性物品であって、
前記空間形成材料が、一方向に配向された多数の捲縮した長繊維からなり、その配向方向が前記吸収性物品の長手方向に一致しており、
前記吸収性物品は、その左右両側部に、該物品の長手方向へ延びる一対の立体ギャザーを更に備え、
前記空間形成材料が、前記立体ギャザーの立ち上がり位置よりも、前記吸収性物品の幅方向外方まで延在している吸収性物品。 - 前記通気性撥水シートはその撥水性の程度が、耐水圧で表して3〜20g/cm2である請求項1記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記長繊維は、異形断面形状のものである請求項1又は2記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記立体ギャザーを形成しているシート材が、該立体ギャザーの前記立ち上がり位置から幅方向の外方に延出しているとともに、延出している部分において該シート材が、前記通気性撥水シートと接合されている請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記空間形成材料が、吸収性物品の股下部における幅方向の左右両縁部まで延在している請求項1ないし4の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記空間形成材料が、吸収性物品の長手方向の前後両端部まで延在している請求項1ないし5の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収コアの下面及び側面が前記通気性撥水シートで被覆されて、吸収体が構成されている請求項1ないし6の何れかに記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収体が、親水性を有する長繊維のウエブと高吸収性ポリマーとを有し、
吸収性物品の肌当接面側から該吸収体にまでわたる厚み方向の領域の通気抵抗値を、該高吸収性ポリマー100g/m2あたり0.4kPa・s/m以下となした請求項7記載の吸収性物品。
