Claims (10)
- プラスチック製の容器(1)の壁(3)の開口部における、流体案内接続部を形成するための取付具(5)であって、
特に作動油などの流体を受容する、特にタンクなどの容器(1)は、前記容器(1)の前記プラスチック製壁(3)の前記開口部の縁上に埋め込まれており、かつ前記容器(1)の外部から操作可能である締付け手段(15)を備えている接続手段(17)を有し、前記締付け手段(15)によって前記取付具(5)の接続部(11)が前記接続要素(17)に取り付けられうる、接続要素(17)を有し、
前記接続要素は、金属製環状要素(17)として構成されており、前記金属製環状要素(17)の環状開口部(19)が、前記容器(1)の前記開口部を包囲しておりかつ前記開口部と整列している、取付具において、
前記環状要素(17)の、前記容器(1)の内部に面している側面は、複数のポーチ状凹所(25)を有し、
前記接続要素(17)は、前記プラスチック製容器(1)の回転成形時において、成形処理時に成形された前記容器(1)の前記壁(3)内に成形される、差込み要素の形態である、取付具。 - 前記環状要素(17)は、前記容器の外部に関連した側において、水平な環状面(21)を有している、請求項1に記載の取付具。
- 前記環状面(21)は、前記開口部を包囲している前記容器(1)の前記壁(3)と少なくともほぼ面一である、請求項2に記載の取付具。
- 前記環状要素(17)の前記水平な環状面(21)の一部分が、好ましくは、前記接続部(11)と反対のシールを形成するための、シール要素の取付のためのシール面として構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の取付具。
- 前記環状要素(17)は、前記接続部(11)の締付けフランジを取り付けるための締付け手段としての、複数の留めねじ(13)用ボア(15)を有している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の取付具。
- 前記複数のボアは、雌ねじ部の付いた止まり穴(15)として構成されており、かつ前記環状要素(17)の周縁にわたって規則的な角距離で分布している、請求項5に記載の取付具。
- 前記止まり穴(15)は、前記環状要素(17)から軸線方向に突出している複数の筒状ピン(23)として構成されている、請求項6に記載の取付具。
- 前記ポーチ状凹所(25)の深さは、前記環状要素の軸線方向厚さの少なくとも4分の3を構成している、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の取付具。
- 前記ポーチ状凹所(25)の少なくとも比較的に大きい部分はほぼ三角形状であり、前記環状要素(17)上の複数の前記凹所(25)は、リブの形態である凹んでいない領域が前記環状要素(17)の隣接した領域の間に形成され、かつ連続した複数のリブ(29)が互いに関して対角方向に反対に延びているように、連続して位置決めされている、請求項8に記載の取付具。
- 前記ポーチ状凹所(25)の前記領域は、前記環状要素(17)の凹んでいない外縁部と前記環状要素(17)の凹んでいない内縁部との間で中央に位置決めされている、請求項9に記載の取付具。
