Claims (2)
- 箱形状ケース内に設けられた塵などを取るフィルタ及びポンプと、陰イオン交換樹脂を直立形で円筒状のタンク本体内に充填して防錆処理する防錆樹脂タンクとを備え、清水槽からの清水液を前記フィルタから前記防錆樹脂タンクに、該防錆樹脂タンクから再び清水槽に順次に前記ポンプ駆動にて管路,タンク流入ホース及びタンク流出ホースを介して循環可能に構成され、前記箱形状ケースの下端の左右外側には、底部と立上り縁が形成されたタンク受皿が設けられると共に、該両タンク受皿上に前記防錆樹脂タンクがそれぞれ載置され、該一方側の防錆樹脂タンクのみが防食処理稼働中として機能し、他方側の防錆樹脂タンクは未使用で予備設置されてなると共に、稼動状態の前記防錆樹脂タンクにのみに一端が取付けられている前記タンク流入ホース及びタンク流出ホースは、前記一端が取り外された後の該一端が予備の前記防錆樹脂タンクに取付可能としてなることを特徴とする清水液防錆処理装置。
- 請求項1において、前記防錆樹脂タンクの上下方向の中間部が、保持バンドにて前記箱形状ケースの左右側の側壁面にそれぞれ着脱自在に止められてなることを特徴とする清水液防錆処理装置。
