Claims (12)
- 傘歯車の歯切機械であって、前記歯切機械で作製された傘歯車の外側歯幅端部におけるフランク(2、3)と背面(4)との間の縁部(1)を工具(15)によって面取り/ばり取りするための装置(29)を有する歯切機械において、
前記装置(29)は前記機械の固定部分(6)に装着され、前記装置は前記工具(15)のために1つの直線軌道(10)及び1つの枢軸(B2)のみを有し、前記直線軌道(10)は前記機械の加工物回転軸及び工具回転軸(18、20)に直交して延び、また前記枢軸(B2)は、前記加工物回転軸が垂直に移動可能である軸(Y)に対して平行に位置決めされていることを特徴とする歯切機械。 - 前記固定部分(6)は機械の台であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記工具(15)は少なくとも1つのインサート(26)を有し、また前記工具が多作業工具として使用されるときには各工具作業につき1つのインサートを有すること、及び前記1つ又は複数のインサートは、前記加工物(4)の縁部の幾何学形状とは異なる形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記工具(15)は駆動ユニット(14)によって駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記駆動ユニット(14)はモータ(23)を有すること、及び動力伝達装置(24)が前記モータのモータ心棒(28)を前記工具(15)のスピンドル(22)に連結することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記動力伝達装置(24)は傘歯車動力伝達装置であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記装置の前記枢軸(B2)は数値制御(NC)軸であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記工具(15)の回転軸(C2)がNC軸であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記NC軸(B2、C2、X、Y)は、前記工具(15)の連続経路制御のために互いに関連付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記軸(A、C2)の回転運動は、前記加工物の歯数と前記工具の工具作業数との比に対応して同期化されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記工具(15)を前記直線軌道(10)に沿って横行させるために駆動装置(27)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の歯切機械。
- 前記駆動装置(27)は油圧リニア・モータであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の歯切機械。
