Description
Claims (22)
- 電気回路(3)を過剰な電流負荷から保護するための電気回路ブレーカ(1)であって、
前記電気回路(3)内に配置されるべきスイッチ(11)と、
トリッピング信号(14)に応答して、前記スイッチ(11)に前記電気回路(3)を切断させる第1の手段(13)と、
プログラム可能な電流閾値コマンド(CC)を受信し(IF)、格納する(MEM)手段(17)と、
前記電気回路(3)における電流レベル(CL)を検出する手段(15)と、
前記格納されたプログラム可能な電流閾値コマンド(CC)及び前記検出された電流レベル(CL)に応じて、前記トリッピング信号(14)を生成する処理手段(16)と、
前記電気回路を流れる電流が、指定された持続時間(31、32)よりも長く、所定の定格電流(IR)を超えた場合、前記スイッチ(11)に前記電気回路(3)を切断させる第2の手段(12)と
を備え、
前記第2の手段(12)は、
熱電流レベル検出素子及び前記熱電流レベル検出素子が温度閾値を超えた場合に、前記スイッチ(11)に前記電気回路(3)を切断させる手段と、
コイルを含む電磁電流レベル検出手段及び前記コイルにより生成される磁力が閾値を超えた場合に、前記スイッチ(11)に前記電気回路(3)を切断させる手段と
の少なくともいずれかを備え、
前記スイッチ(11)は、固体遮断素子と機械的遮断素子とが直列に接続されて構成され、
前記第2の手段(12)は、前記機械遮断素子を外すように配置され、
前記第1の手段(13)は、前記固体遮断素子を外すように配置される
ことを特徴とする電気回路ブレーカ(1)。 - 前記第1の手段(13)、前記第2の手段(12)及び前記スイッチ(11)が、単一のユニット内に一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気回路ブレーカ。
- 前記電気回路における電流レベルを検出する前記手段(15)は、
前記電気回路を流れる電流を電圧に変換する手段(R)と、
前記電圧を検出し、対応する電流レベル検出信号(CL)を出力する手段(151)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。 - 電流を電圧に変換する前記手段(15)は、シャントインピーダンス(R)、変圧器を構成するように磁気結合されたコイル配列、ホール効果デバイス、磁気抵抗器、又は、ロゴスキーコイルを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。
- 前記処理手段(16)は、指定された持続時間Tjにわたり、前記検出された電流レベル(CL)が、前記プログラムされた電流閾値(I3、I4、I5)を連続して超えた後に、前記トリッピング信号(14)を生成するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。
- 前記指定された持続時間は、前記電気回路(3)において検出された電流のレベル(CL)に依存するようにプログラム可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。
- 前記持続時間Tjを指定するコマンドを受信し、格納する手段(17)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の電気回路ブレーカ。
- 前記プログラムされた電流閾値(I3、I4、I5)より高い第2の電流閾値(I1)を格納する手段を備え、
前記検出された電流レベル(CL)が、前記プログラムされた電流閾値(I3、I4、I5)より高く、前記第2の電流閾値(I1)より低い場合に、前記指定された持続時間は、所定の又はプログラムされた第1の持続時間であり、前記検出された電流レベル(CL)が、前記第2の電流閾値(I1)を超える場合には、前記指定された持続時間は、前記第1の持続時間より短い所定の又はプログラムされた第2の持続時間であることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。 - 第2の電流閾値コマンドを受信する手段を備え、
前記第2の電流閾値を格納する手段は、前記受信された第2の電流閾値コマンドに従って、前記第2の電流閾値を格納するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。 - 前記プログラム可能な電流閾値(I3、I4、I5)は、前記定格電流レベル(I1)より低く、
前記第2の電流閾値(I1)は、前記力閾値に対応する電流レベル(I2)より低いことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。 - 前記処理手段(16)は、
各々が、複数の電流レベル(I)のそれぞれに関連づけられた持続時間(t)を指定する、複数の関数関係(331、332、333)を提供し、
前記電流閾値コマンド(CC)に従って、前記関数関係(331、332、333)のうちの1つを選択するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。 - 前記関数関係は、テーブルの形式又は前記関数関係を計算するためのソフトウェアルーチンの形式で、前記処理手段(16)に格納されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。
- 閉路コマンドを受信する手段(17)と、
前記閉路コマンドに応答して、前記電気回路を閉成するように、前記スイッチ(11)を動作させる手段(13)と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。 - 回路割込みコマンドを受信する手段(17)と、
前記回路割込みコマンドに応答して、前記電気回路(3)を切断するように、前記スイッチ(11)を動作させる手段(13)と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。 - 前記スイッチ(11)を介して前記電気回路(3)に給電する公衆電力線(LV、2)を介して、前記コマンドを受信する電力線通信手段(171、IF)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)。
- 前記第1の手段(13)は、可動部材(132)を電磁駆動するコイル(131)と、前記コイル(131)と直列に接続された補助スイッチ(133)とを備え、 前記スイッチ(11)及び前記補助スイッチ(133)は、前記可動部材(132)により作動されるように、前記可動部材(132)と機械的に結合され、
前記補助スイッチ(133)を開成するために必要な変位(θ133)は、前記スイッチ(11)を開成するために必要な変位(θ11)より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路ブレーカ。 - 電気回路(3)を介して、電気消費者(Hn)に供給される電力量を測定する電気メータ(100)であって、
請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の電気回路ブレーカ(1)を備えることを特徴とする電気メータ(100)。 - 前記電気回路(3)に供給される瞬時有効電力レベル及び瞬時無効電力レベルを測定するために、前記検出された電流レベル(CL)に、前記電気回路(3)の供給電圧(U)を乗算する手段(18)と、
前記電気回路(3)に供給される有効電力及び無効電力を求めるために、前記得られた瞬時電力レベルを時間的に積分する手段(18)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の電気メータ(100)。 - 複数の消費者(H1,H2,...,Hn)に対して配給されるべき電力を生成する少なくとも1つの発電所と、
前記少なくとも1つの発電所により生成された電力を、前記消費者(H1,H2,...,Hn)に対して配給する電力分配網(HV、MV、LV)と、

を備えることを特徴とする配電網。 - 前記電力分配網(HV、MV、LV)における負荷状態を監視し、監視された前記負荷状態に従って、前記電気回路ブレーカ(1)に対する前記コマンドのうちの少なくとも1つを生成する管理制御設備(21)を備えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の配電網。
- 前記配電網の高圧部分(HV)と中圧部分(MV)との間に配置された複数の一次変電所(Tp)と、
前記配電網の中圧部分(MV)と低圧部分(LV)との間に配置された複数の二次変電所(Ts)と、
前記二次変電所のうちの少なくとも1つに配置され、前記管理制御設備(21)からコマンドを受信し、前記管理制御設備(21)から受信されたコマンドに従って、前記電流閾値コマンド(CC)閉路コマンド及び回路割込みコマンドの少なくともいずれかを生成する通信手段(CBT)と、
前記電気消費者(H1,...,Hn)のうちの少なくとも1つへ伝送するために、前記通信手段(CBT)により生成された前記コマンドを、前記配電網の低圧部分(LV、2)に投入する電力線通信手段(24)と
を備え、
前記管理制御設備(21)及び前記通信手段(CBT)は、公衆電話網(20)を介して、互いに通信するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の配電網。 - 前記公衆電話網は、無線移動電話網(20、23)であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の配電網。
