Claims (10)
- ピストンが薬剤を含む薬剤カートリッジの第一の端に対して前記薬剤カートリッジの長さ方向中心軸である第一の軸に沿って逐次的に運動して、選択的に、前記薬剤カートリッジの第一の端を封鎖する押子を前記薬剤カートリッジの中に駆動して、前記薬剤カートリッジの第二の端に配置された送液部材を通して薬剤を排出する駆動機構において、
移動機構は、第一の軸と平行な第二の軸に沿って前記第二の軸の周囲を回転可能に配置された用量設定スピンドルと、前記用量設定スピンドルと前記ピストンとの間を連結する伝動手段と、前記薬剤カートリッジに対して前記用量設定スピンドルを移動させるための移動手段とを具備し、前記移動手段が第一方向に運動すると、前記用量設定スピンドルと前記ピストンとが前記第一方向に運動するようになされ、
前記駆動機構は、前記用量設定スピンドルの回転運動を制御するために、前記用量設定スピンドルに接続される用量ダイヤル機構を具備し、
前記伝動手段は駆動ラックを具備し、前記駆動ラックは前記ピストンに接続されていることを特徴とする注入装置のための駆動機構。 - 前記ピストンは、前記駆動ラックに連結されたスリーブ部材と、前記スリーブ部材の中に同心的に配置され、前記スリーブ部材から外に向かって延びるピストン部材とを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入装置のための駆動機構。
- 前記用量設定スピンドルは、カウンタ・コンタクトを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入装置のための駆動機構。
- ピストンが薬剤を含む薬剤カートリッジの第一の端に対して前記薬剤カートリッジの長さ方向中心軸である第一の軸に沿って逐次的に運動して、選択的に、前記薬剤カートリッジの第一の端を封鎖する押子を前記薬剤カートリッジの中に駆動して、前記薬剤カートリッジの第二の端に配置された送液部材を通して薬剤を排出する駆動機構において、
移動機構は、第一の軸と平行な第二の軸に沿って前記第二の軸の周囲を回転可能に配置された用量設定スピンドルと、前記用量設定スピンドルと前記ピストンとの間を連結する伝動手段と、前記薬剤カートリッジに対して前記用量設定スピンドルを移動させるための移動手段とを具備し、前記移動手段が第一方向に運動すると、前記用量設定スピンドルと前記ピストンとが前記第一方向に運動するようになされ、
前記駆動機構は、前記用量設定スピンドルの回転運動を制御するために、前記用量設定スピンドルに接続される用量ダイヤル機構を具備し、
前記伝動手段は駆動ラックを具備し、
前記用量設定スピンドルの回転が前記駆動ラックを前記用量設定スピンドルに沿って摂動させることを特徴とする注入装置のための駆動機構。 - 前記ピストンは、前記駆動ラックに連結されたスリーブ部材と、前記スリーブ部材の中に同心的に配置され、前記スリーブ部材から外に向かって延びるピストン部材とを具備することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の注入装置のための駆動機構。
- 前記用量設定スピンドルは、カウンタ・コンタクトを具備することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の注入装置のための駆動機構。
- 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の駆動機構を収容する本体ハウジングを具備することを特徴とする注入装置。
- 前記移動手段は、移動のために、前記注入装置のハウジングの中に配置される押しボタンを具備することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の注入装置。
- 前記用量ダイヤル機構は、前記押しボタンの中に保持されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の注入装置。
- 前記注入装置は、さらに、前記本体ハウジングに対して移動する副ハウジングを具備し、前記伝動手段上に設けられた当接面と当接するウェブを前記副ハウジングに設けて、前記ピストンが前記第一の軸に沿って前記第一方向とは反対方向に移動できるようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項7〜9の何れか1項に記載の注入装置。
