Description
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に基づき詳述する。
上述の実施形態1のおいては、図7に示すように、歯7a(7)の山側歯面7c側の噛み合い逃げ部g1(g)の歯厚方向の寸法は、歯幅方向の位置が同じである場合には、歯底面側(図7中の下側)における寸法(例えば、ga)と、歯先面L側における寸法(例えば、gb)とが同じになる。この寸法は、歯底面から歯先面Lに至るいずれの高さにおいても同じである。これは、谷側歯面7e側の噛み合い逃げ部h1(h)についても同じことが言える。
以上の実施形態1,2においては、歯7の歯形がインボリュート歯形である場合を例に説明したが、本発明はこれに限らず、例えば、歯7の歯形が、サイクロイド歯形、円弧歯形、トロコイド歯形等である場合も適用することができる。
Claims (2)
- ねじれが反対のはすば歯車を貼り合わせたような山形形状の歯を有し、
前記山形形状の歯の頂部から歯幅方向一端側の第1歯車部分を形作る第1金型と、前記歯の頂部から歯幅方向他端側の第2歯車部分を形作る第2金型とを突き合わせ、これら第1金型と第2金型のキャビティ内に樹脂を射出して一体成形されてなる樹脂製やまば歯車において、
前記歯の歯先面を挟む2つの歯面のうちの、山形形状の前記頂部を有する側の歯面を山側歯面、反対側の歯面を谷側歯面とし、さらに、前記歯における歯幅方向一端部から歯幅方向中央部まで、及び歯幅方向他端部から前記歯幅方向中央部までの任意の位置における歯厚が一定である標準歯を仮想したときに、
前記歯の前記山側歯面は、前記歯幅方向一端部及び前記歯幅方向他端部から前記歯幅方向中央部に近づくほど、前記標準歯の前記山側歯面から前記標準歯の前記谷側歯面に向かって離れ、また、前記歯の前記谷側歯面は、前記歯幅方向一端部及び前記歯幅方向他端部から前記歯幅方向中央部に近づくほど、前記標準歯の前記谷側歯面から前記標準歯の前記山側歯面に向かって離れるように形成されていて、
前記標準歯の前記山側歯面と前記歯の前記山側歯面との間、及び前記標準歯の前記谷側歯面と前記歯の前記谷側歯面との間の双方には、前記歯幅方向一端部及び前記歯幅方向他端部から前記歯幅方向中央部に近づくほど、歯厚方向の寸法が大きくなる噛み合い逃げ部が構成され、
前記噛み合い逃げ部は、前記第1金型と前記第2金型の突き合わせ面に生じるズレに起因して、前記歯の前記頂部と前記頂部の裏面側の谷部に段差が生じることを考慮し、前記段差が噛み合う相手歯車に干渉することがないように、前記段差を収容できるようになっており、
前記歯の前記歯幅方向中央部の近傍における前記噛み合い逃げ部の歯厚方向の寸法は、前記第1金型と前記第2金型の突き合わせ面に、前記樹脂製やまば歯車の軸を中心とした回転方向のズレが生じた場合、前記軸に近い歯底面側よりも前記軸から遠い前記歯先面側の前記ズレに起因する前記歯の段差が大きくなることを考慮し、前記歯底面側よりも前記歯先面側の方が大きく設定され、
前記歯の前記歯幅方向中央部の近傍における前記山形歯面と前記谷川歯面の前記歯幅方向に直交する断面形状がインボリュート曲線に近似したものとなる、
ことを特徴とする樹脂製やまば歯車。 - 前記歯の前記山側歯面は、ねじれ角が前記標準歯の歯面のねじれ角よりも小さく設定され、
前記歯の前記谷側歯面は、ねじれ角が前記標準歯の歯面のねじれ角よりも大きく設定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂製やまば歯車。
