キャピラリー電気泳動チップに設けられている分離チャネル内の試料を標識化している発蛍光性の原子団または官能基が励起光により照射されたときに放出する、当該励起光の波長とは異なる波長の放出光を検出する放出光検出器システムであって;
励起光を拒絶し且つ放出光をa−Si:Hフォトダイオードである光検出器へ通過させるように構成された集積型光検出器及び光学フィルタが、キャピラリー電気泳動チップとモノリシックに集積形成されていると共に、
前記光検出器の金属電極がアパーチャーを有し、励起光はこのアパーチャーを通過してから当該光検出器及前記光学フィルタに設けられたピンホール内を通過するように導かれること;
を特徴とする放出光検出器システムを提案する。

Claims (2)
- キャピラリー電気泳動チップに設けられている分離チャネル内の試料を標識化している発蛍光性の原子団または官能基が励起光により照射されたときに放出する、該励起光の波長とは異なる波長の放出光を検出する放出光検出器システムであって;
前記励起光を拒絶し且つ前記放出光をa−Si:Hフォトダイオードである光検出器へ通過させるように構成された集積型光検出器及び光学フィルタが、前記キャピラリー電気泳動チップとモノリシックに集積形成されていると共に、
前記光検出器の金属電極がアパーチャーを有し、前記励起光は該アパーチャーを通過してから前記光検出器及び前記光学フィルタに設けられたピンホール内を通過するように導かれること;
を特徴とする放出光検出器システム。 - 請求項1記載の放出光検出器システムであって;
前記キャピラリー電気泳動チップには球面状表面を持つレンズが形成され、該レンズの該表面上に前記集積型光検出器及び光学フィルタがモノリシックに集積形成されていること:
を特徴とする放出光検出器システム。
