Claims (4)
- 励起光源の発する励起光の照射を受けて光透過性チップに載持された微小対象物が蛍光
または燐光という形で放出する放出光を蛍光収集用マイクロレンズで収束させて半導体光
検出素子に入射させ、該半導体光検出素子により該放出光を検出させるべくすると共に、
該半導体光検出素子に入射する励起光に起因する反射・散乱光の抑制手段を設けた微小対
象物放出光検出装置であって;
上記励起光の反射・散乱光抑制手段は、上記蛍光収集用マイクロレンズに穿たれた励起
光透過用ピンホールを含み、上記励起光は該励起光透過用ピンホール内を通って上記微小
対象物を照射すること;
を特徴とする微小対象物放出光検出装置。 - 上記励起光の反射・散乱光抑制手段は、さらに上記光透過性チップにあって上記励起光が出射して行く出射面に形成された、励起光とは垂直ではない面である非水平表面を含み、該励起光が該出射面で発生する反射光が斜めにそらされること;
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の微小対象物放出光検出装置。 - 上記励起光の反射・散乱光抑制手段は、さらに上記蛍光収集用マイクロレンズにあって少なくとも上記励起光が入射する部分に設けられた反射防止膜を含むこと;
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の微小対象物放出光検出装置。 - 上記励起光の反射・散乱光抑制手段は、さらに上記光透過性チップにあって少なくとも上記励起光が出射して行く出射面部分に設けられた励起光吸収部材か、励起光反射防止膜を含むこと;
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の微小対象物放出光検出装置。
