Description

The present invention relates to a railway vehicle structure including a plurality of outer panel panels.

As a railway vehicle structure including a plurality of outer panel panels, for example, there is a structure of a railway vehicle described in Patent Document 1. In the conventional structure of a railway vehicle, an outer panel in which a plurality of hat-shaped reinforcing members are joined inside the outer panel is used. In joining the outer plate and each reinforcing member, spot welding or continuous welding is performed by irradiation with a YAG laser or the like. In addition, the welded portion is non-penetrating with respect to the outer plate so that welding marks are less noticeable on the outer surface of the railway vehicle structure, and the outer surface of the outer plate is polished.
JP 2005-329412 A

However, in the conventional structure of a railway vehicle described above, the influence of welding distortion due to metal melting and solidification during laser welding still remains. Therefore, even if the welded portion is not penetrated, there is a problem that welding distortion corresponding to the welded portion forming portion is generated on the outer surface of the outer panel serving as the outer wall portion of the railcar, and the appearance of the railcar is impaired. there were. Further, in the portion where the welding distortion has occurred, dirt is easily attached and difficult to remove. For this reason, the outline of the welding distortion becomes conspicuous due to dirt, and the appearance may be further deteriorated as the railway vehicle is used.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a railway vehicle structure that can suppress the occurrence of welding distortion and obtain a good appearance.

In order to solve the above problems, a railway vehicle structure according to the present invention is a railway vehicle structure including a plurality of outer panel panels, and the outer panel panel includes an outer plate disposed on the outer surface side of the vehicle, and the outer panel. A reinforcing member disposed inside the plate, and the outer plate and the reinforcing member are joined together by a brazing portion.

In this railway vehicle structure, the outer plate constituting the outer plate panel and the reinforcing member are joined by the brazing portion. When brazing is performed, the amount of heat input is smaller than when the outer plate and the reinforcing member are joined by laser welding, so that welding distortion caused by melting and solidification of the metal on the outer plate can be prevented. Can be suppressed. Therefore, in this railway vehicle structure, the outer surface of the outer panel serving as the outer wall portion of the vehicle can be smoothed, and a good appearance can be obtained. Further, as a result of the smoothing of the outer surface of the outer panel, dirt is less likely to adhere to the outer panel, and removal is facilitated even if dirt is attached. Therefore, a good appearance can be maintained even when the railway vehicle is used for a long time.

The reinforcing member has a main body portion extending along the longitudinal direction of the outer plate, and a flange portion extending along the edge of the main body portion and closely contacting the inner side surface of the outer plate, It is preferable that the inner surface and the flange portion are continuously joined by the brazing portion. In this case, as a result of continuously joining the outer plate and the reinforcing member at the brazing portion, it is possible to ensure sufficient rigidity.

The brazing part is preferably formed by laser brazing. Laser brazing makes it easy to control the amount of heat input by laser irradiation. Therefore, by controlling the amount of heat input to the outer plate, the occurrence of welding distortion in the outer plate can be more reliably suppressed, and the brazed portion can be formed uniformly.

According to the railway vehicle structure of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of welding distortion and obtain a good appearance.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a railway vehicle structure according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a railway vehicle structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. It has a box shape with a space to accommodate it inside.

The floor structure 2 is disposed at the bottom of the railway vehicle structure 1 as a structure constituting the floor of the vehicle. The side structure 4 and the wife structure 6 are respectively disposed on the left and right edges and the front and rear edges of the floor structure 2 as structures constituting the side part of the vehicle. The roof structure 8 is disposed on the upper part of the railway vehicle structure 1 as a structure that constitutes the roof of the vehicle. An air conditioner 9 for adjusting the temperature inside the vehicle, a pantograph (not shown), and the like are attached to the roof structure 8.

Next, the configuration of the side structure 4 will be described in more detail.

Side structure 4 is provided with a four door units 10 and five window unit 12, it is split door unit 10 in five blocks 4A~4 E as the boundary, and a block 4A~4E and the door unit 10 It is configured to be joined alternately. Each of the blocks 4A to 4E has substantially the same configuration, and is configured by a waist panel 14 including an outer panel 22 described later, a blowing panel 16, a curtain panel 18, and a window unit 12. Yes. Further, an upper door panel 20 is provided on the upper portion of the door unit 10.

The waist panel 14 is a panel located below the lower edge of the window unit 12 and joined to the floor structure 2. The blowing panel 16 is a panel located between the door unit 10 and the window unit 12 and between the wife structure 6 and the window unit 12. The curtain panel 18 is a panel that is positioned above the upper edge of the window unit 12 and is joined to the roof structure 8. The door upper panel 20 is a panel that is positioned above the upper edge of the door unit 10 and is joined to the roof structure 8. The blowing panel 16 may be provided so as to connect the window unit 12 and the window unit 12 depending on the type of the side structure 4.

Next, the waist panel 14, the blowing panel 16, and the curtain panel 18 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an outer panel 22 is used for each panel 14, 16, 18.

First, the waist panel 14 will be described. In the waist panel 14, the outer panel 22 includes a waist plate (outer plate) 24 disposed outside the vehicle and a plurality of bone members (reinforcing members) 26 disposed inside the waist plate 24. The waist plate 24 is formed in a rectangular shape by, for example, a stainless steel plate SUS301L, and has a length of about 3.6 m and a height of about 1.1 m. The waist plate 24 has a thickness of about 2 mm.

Further, the bone member 26 is formed of a stainless steel material SUS301L like the waist plate 24. The bone member 26 has a hat shape in cross section by a main body portion 26a having a convex cross section and flat flange portions 26b protruding laterally from both edges of the main body portion 26a. The bone member 26 has a thickness of about 1 mm, a height of about 20 mm, and a length of about 3.2 m. The total width of the bone member 26 is about 60 mm, and the flange width is about 15 mm.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the waist panel 14, for example, seven bone members 26 are vertically arranged inside the waist plate 24. Each bone member 26 is arranged in a direction in which the main body portion 26a protrudes to the inside of the vehicle, and extends along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Both ends of each bone member 26 are joined to a door column 28 (see FIG. 2) erected on the side end portion of the door unit 10, and the flange portion 26 b of each bone member 26 is in close contact with the inner side surface 24 a of the waist plate 24. Are joined together. As a result, the body portion 26a having a convex cross section of the bone member 26 is positioned at a predetermined pitch inside the waist plate 24, and the strength of the waist panel 14 is sufficiently ensured.

In joining the waist plate 24 and each bone member 26, a brazing portion W is formed as shown in FIGS. The brazing portion W extends in the longitudinal direction of the bone member 26 along a stepped portion formed by the distal end portion of the flange portion 26 b and the inner side surface 24 a of the waist plate 24. The waist plate 24 and each bone member 26 are firmly joined to each other by such continuous joining by the brazing portion W. Such a brazing portion W is formed by so-called laser brazing in which a brazing material for stainless steel such as Ni brazing or silver brazing is melted and solidified by laser beam irradiation.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outer panel 22 constituting the blowing panel 16 includes a blowing plate (outer plate) 30 disposed outside the vehicle and a plurality of bones disposed inside the blowing plate 30. And a member (reinforcing member) 32. Further, the outer panel 22 constituting the curtain panel 18 is also constituted by a curtain plate (outer plate) 34 disposed outside the vehicle and a plurality of bone members (reinforcing members) 36 disposed inside the waist plate 24. It is configured. The outer panel 22 of the blowing panel 16 and the curtain panel 18 is different from the outer panel 22 of the waist panel 14 in the shape and size of the outer panel and the number of reinforcing members. Since it is the same as that of the board panel 22, detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

Then, the manufacturing method of the outer panel 22 mentioned above is demonstrated. Here, the case where the waist panel 14 is manufactured is illustrated.

First, the waist plate 24 is placed so that the inner side surface 24 a of the waist plate 24 faces upward, and a predetermined number of bone members 26 are arranged on the waist plate 24. Next, with the main body portion 26a of the bone member 26 facing upward, the flange portion 26b is brought into close contact with the inner side surface 24a of the waist plate, and these are fixed using a restraining jig (not shown) or the like. .

After fixing the waist plate 24 and the bone member 26, a brazing material for stainless steel having a diameter of about 1 mm, for example, in the vicinity of a stepped portion (see FIG. 4) formed by the distal end portion of the flange portion 26b and the inner side surface 24a of the waist plate 24. Place. While supplying the brazing material for stainless steel to the stepped portion at a feeding speed of about 2.2 mm / min, the semiconductor laser beam with an output of about 2 kW is irradiated to melt the brazing material for stainless steel at a speed of about 2 m / min. . When the molten brazing material for stainless steel is cooled and solidified, a brazing portion W extending in the longitudinal direction of the bone member 26 is formed along the stepped portion, and the waist plate 24 and the bone member 26 are firmly joined. Thereafter, the same procedure is repeated, and when all the bone members 26 are joined to the waist plate 24, the manufacture of the waist panel 14 is completed.

As described above, in the railway vehicle assembly 1, the outer plates (the waist plate 24, the blowing plate 30, the curtain plate 34) and the reinforcing members (bone members 26, 32, 36) that constitute the outer plate panel 22 are brazed. It is joined by the part W. When brazing is used, the outer plate is not directly melted or solidified, so the amount of heat input to the outer plate is very small compared to laser welding, etc., and welding accompanying the melting and solidification of metal on the outer plate Generation of distortion can be suppressed.

Therefore, in this railway vehicle structure 1, the outer surface 24b of the outer panel 22 serving as the outer wall portion of the vehicle can be smoothed without passing through an extra step such as distortion removal, and a good appearance can be obtained. In addition, as a result of the smoothing of the outer surface 24b of the outer panel 22, the outer surface 24b is less likely to be contaminated, and even if dirt is adhered, the removal becomes easy. Therefore, a good appearance can be maintained even when the railway vehicle structure 1 is used for a long period of time.

In the railway vehicle structure 1, laser brazing is used in forming the brazing portion W. Laser brazing makes it easy to control the amount of heat input by laser irradiation. Therefore, by controlling the amount of heat input to the outer plate, the occurrence of welding distortion in the outer plate can be more reliably suppressed, and the brazed portion W can be formed uniformly. Furthermore, as a result of continuous joining of the outer plate and the reinforcing member by the uniform brazing portion W, the joining strength between the outer plate and the reinforcing member can be sufficiently secured, and the rigidity of the railway vehicle structure 1 can be sufficiently secured.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the outer plate and the reinforcing member are joined to each panel 14, 16, 18 of the side structure 4 by brazing. However, for example, only the outer plate and the reinforcing member are connected to some panels. May be joined by brazing, and for other panels, the outer plate and the reinforcing member may be joined by laser welding or the like. Not only the side structure 4, but also the floor structure 2, the end structure 6, and the roof structure 8, the outer plate and the reinforcing member may be joined by brazing. The heat source used for brazing is not limited to a laser, and may be arc discharge or resistance heating, for example.
