Claims (5)
- 被プレス材の切断プレス加工を行う上型及び下型と、前記上型及び前記下型に設けられ前記被プレス材を所定形状に切断する一対の切刃とを備えた切断プレス型の切刃加工方法であって、
前記上型及び前記下型の切断プレス加工が可能な位置に固定される一対の切刃の刃先部となる部位を硬質粒子によって成膜するために、前記一対の切刃となる一対の母材の前記刃先部となる部位を所定の深さまで掘り込み加工する第1の加工ステップと、
前記第1の加工ステップで掘り込み加工された前記刃先部となる部位に、前記硬質粒子をコールドスプレーにより成膜して仕上げ代を加味した膜厚で皮膜を形成する第2の加工ステップと、
前記第2の加工ステップで前記刃先部となる部位に成膜された前記皮膜を仕上げ加工する第3のステップとを有することを特徴とする切断プレス型の切刃加工方法。 - 前記所定の深さは、前記一対の切刃の耐摩耗性を得ることができる前記皮膜の前記膜厚を確保する寸法であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断プレス型の切刃加工方法。
- 前記所定の深さは、0.1〜0.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の切断プレス型の切刃加工方法。
- 前記硬質粒子は、超硬皮膜を形成できる金属又は合金であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうち何れか1項に記載の切断プレス型の切刃加工方法。
- 前記第1の加工ステップの前に、前記一対の母材となる素材を所定形状に粗加工するステップと、粗加工された前記一対の母材をそれぞれ前記上型及び前記下型の切断プレス加工が可能な位置に固定するステップとを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうち何れか1項に記載の切断プレス型の切刃加工方法。
