Claims (10)
- 燃焼器の部品終端部(32)と、シールセグメント(31)とを備えた耐熱性漏れ止め装置(30)であって、
前記シールセグメント(31)が、たわみシール要素(33)を介して前記部品終端部(32)と結合されており、かつ、前記シールセグメント(31)が、高温燃焼ガス(M)を案内するものとしてなるものにおいて、
前記シールセグメント(31)が複数の貫通通路(35)を備えた壁(34)を有しており、これらの貫通通路(35)を通って冷却材が流出するようになし、
前記部品終端部(32)とシールセグメント(31)とが部分的に重なり合っており、前記たわみシール要素(33)が前記重なり合った部位に配設され、かつ、前記流出する冷却材が、前記重なり合った部位への燃焼ガスの侵入を阻止するように構成されることにより、前記たわみシール要素(33)が高温の燃焼ガスに直接曝されることを防止してなることを特徴とする耐熱性漏れ止め装置。 - たわみシール要素(33)が、燃焼ガスとは反対の側で、シールセグメント(31)並びに部品終端部(32)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置。
- 前記シールセグメント(31)が有する壁(34)を衝突冷却するために、衝突冷却装置(36)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置。
- 部品終端部(32)が、高温燃焼ガス(M)を案内するために設計された燃焼器出口部位(37)であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置。
- 高温燃焼ガスの流れ方向(38)において、シールセグメント(31)が燃焼器出口部位(37)に後置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置。
- シールセグメント(31)が、燃焼器出口部位(37)と燃焼器(4)に後置接続されたタービン(6)との間の接続に対して設計されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置。
- シールセグメント(31)が環状室(24)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置。
- シールセグメント(31)が金属製あるいは合金製であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置。
- たわみシール要素が、E形シール、ドッグボーン形シールとして、あるいはブラシ状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置。
- 部品終端部(32)を有する燃焼器(4)と請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の耐熱性漏れ止め装置とを備えていることを特徴とするガスタービン。
