Description
Claims (19)

前記第1の網目状円筒体が第1の内径および第1の外径を有し、前記第1の内径と前記第1の外径とは異なり、
前記第2の網目状円筒体が第2の内径および第2の外径を有し、前記第2の内径と前記第2の外径とは異なり、
前記第2の網目状円筒体の外径は、前記第1の網目状円筒体の内径よりも小さく、前記第2の網目状円筒体を前記第1の網目状円筒体の内部に挿入することができる、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項1において、
少なくとも5個のノズルを有し、各ノズルを必要に応じて独立して制御することができる、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項1において、
少なくとも10個のノズルを有し、各ノズルを必要に応じて独立して制御することができる、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項1において、
少なくとも20個のノズルを有し、各ノズルを必要に応じて独立して制御することができる、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項1において、
少なくとも100個のノズルを有し、各ノズルを必要に応じて独立して制御することができる、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、
前記1個以上のノズルのそれぞれが、内面に少なくとも1つの円錐体、棚またはリップを有する、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、
前記1個以上のノズルが円筒形状を有する、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、
前記1個以上のノズルが、独立して少なくとも3つの面を有する多角形ノズルである、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項において、
前記繊維がナノ繊維である、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項9において、
前記ナノ繊維が1nm〜25,000nmの平均直径を有する、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - 請求項9において、
前記ナノ繊維が1nm〜3,000nmの平均直径を有する、紡糸用電界紡糸装置。 - (a)それぞれが少なくとも1つの孔または穴を有する1個以上のノズルに加圧下で紡糸材料を供給する工程と、
(b)前記紡糸材料を収容した前記1個以上のノズルに電荷供給手段によって電荷を供給する工程と、
(c)前記1個以上のノズルから形成された繊維を回収する工程と、
を含み、
前記1個以上のノズルは2つの網目状円筒体から形成され、該2つの網目状円筒体が第1および第2の網目状円筒体であり、
前記第1の網目状円筒体が第1の内径および第1の外径を有し、前記第1の内径と前記第1の外径とは異なり、
前記第2の網目状円筒体が第2の内径および第2の外径を有し、前記第2の内径と前記第2の外径とは異なり、
前記第2の網目状円筒体の外径は、前記第1の網目状円筒体の内径よりも小さく、前記第2の網目状円筒体を前記第1の網目状円筒体の内部に挿入することができる、紡糸方法。 - 請求項12において、
前記1個以上のノズルのそれぞれが、内面に少なくとも1つの円錐体、棚またはリップを有する、紡糸方法。 - 請求項12において、
前記1個以上のノズルが円筒形状を有する、紡糸方法。 - 請求項12において、
