Claims (4)
- X/Y/Zステージと、
液体材料を吐出するプリントヘッドと、
前記X/Y/Zステージに支持され、前記プリントヘッドに対して相互に直交する3軸方向であるX,Y,Z方向に移動可能な液滴像撮像モジュールと、を具備し、
前記液滴像撮像モジュールは、
前記プリントヘッドから吐出され、視野を通過する液体材料を撮影するカメラと、
前記視野を通過する液体材料に照射される光を発光する発光デバイスと、
前記発光デバイスと前記カメラの間の光路を曲げて前記視野を通過させるミラーもしくはプリズムと、を有し、
前記X/Y/Zステージは、前記液滴像撮像モジュールを前記X,Y,Z方向に移動させて、前記光路が前記視野を横断するように、前記液滴像撮像モジュールを測定する前記プリントヘッドに対して位置合わせする
液滴分析システム。 - 請求項1に記載の液滴分析システムであって、
前記液滴像撮像モジュールは、前記発光デバイスの光を集光する集光レンズをさらに有する
液滴分析システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の液滴分析システムであって、
前記カメラに信号を送信して、露光を開始させるモーションコントローラと、
前記発光デバイスの発光をコントロールするストロボコントローラとをさらに具備し、
前記モーションコントローラからトリガ信号を受信した前記カメラは、前記ストロボコントローラに信号を送信して、光パルスを開始させる
液滴分析システム。 - 請求項3に記載の液滴分析システムであって、
前記ストロボコントローラは、前記プリントヘッドに対応するプリントヘッド電子機器に信号を発信して、前記プリントヘッドからの吐出をトリガする
液滴分析システム。
