Description
しかし近年、抄紙マシンの高速化が進む中、従来のクレーピング方法だけでは均一なコーティング皮膜が形成できず、接着性にムラが生じ、満足なクレープが得られない問題が起こっている。
(2)クレープ用接着剤(a)と、リオトロピック塩(b)とを用いて、クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂を析出させ繊維ウェブにクレープを付与することを特徴とするクレープ紙の製造方法。
(3)クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂とリオトロピック塩(B)とを使用する固形分重量比の関係が、以下の範囲である前記(1)又は(2)のクレープ紙の製造方法。
クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂:リオトロピック塩(b)=1:(X/Y)×(1/100)〜(X/Y)
X:25℃におけるクレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂固形分濃度5%水溶液において樹脂が析出するまでに必要なリオトロピック塩(b)の固形分重量。
Y:Xを求めるために用いた5%水溶液の樹脂の固形分重量。
(4)リオトロピック塩(b)が、リン酸塩類及びカルボン酸塩類から選ばれる少なくとも1種の塩である前記(1)〜(3)のいずれかのクレープ紙の製造方法。
(5)クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂1000g中に含有するアゼチジニウム環が1.0モル以下である前記(1)〜(4)のいずれかのクレープ紙の製造方法。
(6)クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂がポリアミドポリアミン・エピハロヒドリン樹脂、ポリアミドポリアミンポリ尿素・エピハロヒドリン樹脂及びポリアミン・エピハロヒドリン樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種類からなる前記(1)〜(5)のいずれかのクレープ紙の製造方法。
(7)クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂がポリアミドポリアミンポリ尿素・エピハロヒドリン樹脂からなる前記(6)のクレープ紙の製造方法。
(8)前記ポリアミドポリアミンポリ尿素・エピハロヒドリン樹脂がポリアルキレンポリアミン残基、ジカルボン酸残基、尿素残基及びエピハロヒドリン残基から成り、樹脂1000g中に前記尿素残基0.05〜6.0モルと前記エピハロヒドリン残基0.01〜5.0モルを含有する前記(7)のクレープ紙の製造方法。
(9)前記組成物をヤンキードライヤーに塗布し、湿った繊維ウェブを前記ヤンキードライヤーに接着させ、乾燥後、前記繊維ウェブを前記ヤンキードライヤー表面からドクターブレードで掻き取ることによりクレープを形成する前記(1)〜(8)のいずれかのクレープ紙の製造方法。
(10)前記クレープ用組成物がクレープ用離型剤(c)を含む前記(1)〜(9)のいずれかのクレープ紙の製造方法。
(11)前記1〜10のいずれか1項の方法によって製造されたクレープ紙。
クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂:リオトロピック塩(b)=1:(X/Y)×(1/100)〜(X/Y)
X:25℃におけるクレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂固形分濃度5%水溶液において樹脂が析出するまでに必要なリオトロピック塩(b)の固形分重量。
Y:Xを求めるために用いた5%水溶液の樹脂の固形分重量。
(1)クレープ用接着剤(a)の1H−NMRのチャートと13C−NMRのチャート及びクレープ用接着剤(a)水溶液中の全ハロゲン量の結果を用いてポリアルキレンポリアミン残基、アジピン酸残基、尿素残基、エピハロヒドリン残基の組成分析を行い、樹脂中の尿素残基、エピハロヒドリン残基の含有量を算出した。
(2)クレープ用接着剤(a)水溶液の1HNMRのチャートからアゼチジニウム環の含有量を算出した。
温度計、冷却器、撹拌機及び窒素導入管を備えた500mL四つ口丸底フラスコにジエチレントリアミン108.4g(1.05モル)を仕込み、攪拌しながらアジピン酸146.1g(1モル)を加え、生成する水を系外に除去しながら昇温し、170℃で3時間反応を行った。次いで、反応液を130℃まで冷却し、尿素20g(0.5モル)を加えて同温度で2時間脱アンモニア反応を行った後、水を徐々に加えて固形分50%のポリアミドポリアミンポリ尿素含有液(1)を得た。(1)の粘度は600mPa・s(25℃)、樹脂固形分1g当たりのアミノ基の量は2.7ミリモルであった。
温度計、冷却器、撹拌機及び窒素導入管を備えた500mL四つ口丸底フラスコにジエチレントリアミン108.4g(1.05モル)を仕込み、攪拌しながらアジピン酸146.1g(1モル)を加え、生成する水を系外に除去しながら昇温し、170℃で3時間反応を行った。次いで、水を徐々に加えて固形分50%のポリアミドポリアミン含有液(2)を得た。(2)の粘度は655mPa・s(25℃)、樹脂固形分1g当たりのアミノ基の量は5.3ミリモルであった。
合成例1で得たクレープ用接着剤と、リオトロピック塩としてリン酸水素二アンモニウムとクレープ用離型剤を下記に示す割合で使用したものを実施例1として、下記の方法でコーティング皮膜の形成速度の指標としての皮膜形成時間、接着強度の指標としてのT字剥離強度を測定した。測定結果を表1に示した。
(実施例2〜8、比較例1〜3)
クレープ用接着剤とリオトロピック塩の種類を表1に記載したものを使用して実施例1と同様にして皮膜形成速度、T字剥離強度を測定した。測定結果を表1に示した。
25℃における樹脂固形分濃度5%に希釈したクレープ用接着剤(a)5g(固形分重量0.25g)に対して、樹脂が析出し白濁するまでに必要なリオトロピック塩(b)の固形分重量Xを評価した。測定結果を表1に示した。また評価結果に基づいて算出したクレープ用接着剤(a)とリオトロピック塩(b)とを使用する好適な固形分重量比の範囲を表2に示した。
合成例1または2で得たクレープ用接着剤5%単独、或いはクレープ用接着剤5%とリオトロピック塩2.5%を含むサンプル液を10mLビーカーに5g加えて、100℃のホットプレート上で加熱乾燥させた。乾燥することで樹脂分が濃縮され、樹脂の皮膜が形成するまでの時間を測定した。皮膜が形成するまでの時間が短いほど皮膜形成に優れた薬品処方である。
合成例1または2で得たクレープ用接着剤0.1%とリオトロピック塩0.05%と鉱物油タイプのクレープ用離型剤「CR6104」(星光PMC株式会社製)0.4%を含むサンプル液を噴霧器でアルミ箔(3×11cm)に0.1gスプレーし、ホットプレート上で加熱乾燥させた。サンプルが乾燥したアルミ箔の面に湿紙(3×12cm、水分率60%)を貼り合わせ、110℃、3分−100kgf/cm2で熱プレスし、アルミ箔と紙を接着させた。アルミ箔から紙を剥離するときの剥離強度をJ. TAPPI−19−(2)−B法に準拠して測定した。剥離強度が強いほど、接着強度に優れた薬品処方である。
(*2)…リオトロピック塩に該当しない塩。
(*3)…塩が溶解せず、樹脂は析出しなかった。
(*4)…溶解していない塩がスプレーノズルに詰まり、評価できなかった。
(*5)…紙とアルミ箔が接着せず評価できなかった。
Claims (7)
- クレープ用接着剤(a)と、リオトロピック塩(b)とを用いて、クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂を析出させて繊維ウェブにクレープを付与し、
クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂とリオトロピック塩(b)との使用比率を、固形分重量比で、クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂:リオトロピック塩(b)=1:(X/Y)×(1/100)〜(X/Y)(但し、式中、Xは、25℃におけるクレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂固形分濃度5%水溶液において樹脂が析出するまでに必要なリオトロピック塩(b)の固形分重量を表わし、Yは、Xを求めるために用いた上記5%水溶液の樹脂の固形分重量を表わす。)の範囲内とし、
クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂がポリアミドポリアミン・エピハロヒドリン樹脂、ポリアミドポリアミンポリ尿素・エピハロヒドリン樹脂及びポリアミン・エピハロヒドリン樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とするクレープ紙の製造方法。 - リオトロピック塩(b)が、リン酸塩類及びカルボン酸塩類から選ばれる少なくとも1種の塩であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクレープ紙の製造方法。
- クレープ用接着剤(a)の樹脂1000g中に含有するアゼチジニウム環が1.0モル以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクレープ紙の製造方法。
- クレープ用接着剤(a)中の樹脂がポリアミドポリアミンポリ尿素・エピハロヒドリン樹脂からなり、該樹脂がポリアルキレンポリアミン残基、ジカルボン酸残基、尿素残基及びエピハロヒドリン残基からなり、樹脂1000g中に前記尿素残基0.05〜6.0モルと前記エピハロヒドリン残基0.01〜5.0モルを含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のクレープ紙の製造方法。
- 前記クレープ用組成物をヤンキードライヤーに塗布し、湿った繊維ウェブを前記ヤンキードライヤーに接着させ、乾燥後、前記繊維ウェブを前記ヤンキードライヤー表面からドクターブレードで掻き取ることによりクレープを形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のクレープ紙の製造方法。
- 前記クレープ用組成物がクレープ用離型剤(c)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のクレープ紙の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されたクレープ紙。
