Description
ポリエチレンシートにより囲った2×2×2(内容量8m3)の密閉ハウス内で(換気なし)、試験片(SN490B,大きさ500mm×100mm×厚さ22mm)の長手方向500mmを、予熱ガスとして水素ガス(微量のプロパンガス添加)と、プロパンガスの2種類を用いて、それぞれ切断試験を行った。
また、酸素使用量は、プロパンガス切断が21L/minであるのに対して、水素ガス切断では5.7L/minであって73%減少した。

Claims (5)
- 有害物質が付着あるいは含有している部材を切断するため、外部に対して有害物質が飛散しないように密閉空間内で前記部材を所定の大きさに切断する切断方法であって、
前記密閉空間内に切断対象部材を設置すると共に、前記密閉空間内に前記切断対象部材の厚さに対応して選択したガス噴出口径の火炎トーチを切断部位に対向設置し、前記火炎トーチの一部から水素ガスおよび支燃酸素ガスを噴出して着火し、前記切断部位を生成炎にて予熱すると共に、前記火炎トーチの他部から酸素ガスを噴出して切断酸素気流を生成させ、該切断酸素気流による切断燃焼にて前記切断部位を切断することを特徴とする有害物質を扱う密閉作業空間における切断方法。 - 前記火炎トーチのガス噴出口径として、前記切断の対象部材における最大肉厚に対する切断に要するガス燃焼熱量が得られるガス量を噴出するガス噴出口径を選択することを特徴とする請求項1記載の有害物質を扱う密閉作業空間における切断方法。
- 前記切断の対象部材における肉厚,材質などの仕様に応じて、前記火炎トーチの移動速度を調整して、前記対象部材におけるガス切断状態を均一化することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の有害物質を扱う密閉作業空間における切断方法。
- 前記水素ガスに炭素含有ガスを混入させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有害物質を扱う密閉作業空間における切断方法。
- 前記水素ガスに対する前記炭素含有ガスの混合割合を50%以下としたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の有害物質を扱う密閉作業空間における切断方法。
