Description
実施例1−3の複層コーティングスタックは、フロートガラス製造プロセスの間に透明なフロートガラスリボン状に化学蒸着法によって被膜された。前記ガラスは、3−3.2mmの厚さを有していた。虹色抑制中間層が、まずフロートガラス製造プロセスの加熱ゾーンでガラス基板表面に被膜された。虹色抑制層は、ガラス基板に被膜され、また付着した酸化スズコーティングを含んだ。酸化スズは、酸化性雰囲気で、基板表面にわたってジメチル二塩化スズを導入することで、フロートガラスプロセスの加熱ゾーンにおける化学蒸着法によって塗布された。次に、フロートプロセスの加熱ゾーンにおける基板表面付近で、酸素及びエチレンの存在の下、シランを反応させることによって、二酸化珪素コーティングが酸化スズコーティングの表面に塗布された。
コーティングされたガラス物が実施例1−3で製造され、層の厚さは、SnO2で271オングストローム、SiO2で172オングストローム、SnO2:Fで2100オングストローム、及びTiO2で300オングストロームであった。サンプルのEhが測定されたところ、0.22であった。次に、透明や、複数の色で着色されている、4分の1インチ厚の様々なガラス基板のコーティングスタックのため、プロパティが計算された。これら実施例には4−9の番号が付与され、以下の表2にて示された。
Claims (12)
- コーティングされたガラス物品を含む絶縁窓ガラスユニットであって、
前記コーティングされたガラス物品は、
(a)少なくとも第一のガラス基板と、第二のガラス基板とを含み、
前記第一及び第二のガラス基板は、それぞれ内側面と外側面とを有し、前記第一及び第二のガラス基板は互いに間隙を介して並行に隔置されて、前記第一及び第二のガラス基板のそれぞれの内側面が互いに対向するように配置されており、
前記コーティングされたガラス物品はさらに、
(b)前記第一のガラス基板の内側面に向けられた、前記第二のガラス基板の内側面上に被膜された第一のコーティング、及び
(c)前記第一コーティング上に被膜された第二のコーティングを含み、
前記第一コーティングは、フッ素ドープ酸化スズから成り、厚さが1000〜6000Åの範囲である低放射率層を含んでおり、可視スペクトルにおいて第一の屈折率を有し、
前記第二コーティングは、チタン酸化物から成る可視光線反射層を含んでおり、可視スペクトルにおいて前記第一コーティングの第一屈折率よりも大きい第二の屈折率を有し、前記チタン酸化物は、光触媒親水面を有するコーティングを提供し、
前記コーティングされたガラス物品は、(d)前記第二のガラス基板と前記第一コーティングとの間に被膜された、光抑制層をさらに含み、
前記光抑制層は、前記第二のガラス基板上に位置する、二酸化スズからなる下層と、前記下層と前記第一コーティングとの間に位置する、二酸化ケイ素からなる上層の二層からなり、
コーティングされた前記第二のガラス基板は、Rf>15%、30%≦Tvis≦70%、及び放射率が0.3以下であることを特徴とする絶縁窓ガラスユニット。 - 前記第1及び第2のガラス基板のいずれか一方または両方は、1枚の着色ガラスから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
- SHGCが0.5以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
- SHGCが0.45以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記コーティングされた前記第二のガラス基板は、Rf>18%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記コーティングされた前記第二のガラス基板は、Rf>20%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記コーティングされた前記第二のガラス基板の放射率が0.2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記第一及び第二コーティングは、熱分解により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記第一及び第二コーティングは、化学蒸着法により形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
- 前記コーティングは、コーティングされた側から見た場合の反射、又は透明なフロートガラスに適用された場合の透過を促し、
それぞれの場合の色は、(a*2+b*2)1/2が12未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。 - 前記コーティングは、コーティングされた側から見た場合の反射、又は透明なフロートガラスに適用された場合の透過を促し、
それぞれの場合の色は、(a*2+b*2)1/2が7未満であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。 - 前記第一コーティングの厚さは2000〜5000Åの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁窓ガラスユニット。
