Claims (5)
- 可撓性を有するブッシュ装置(30; 30’)であって,
内側ブッシュ(32; 32’)と,
内側ブッシュを包囲し,内側ブッシュと共に環状スペース(36; 36’, 36”)を限定する外側ブッシュ(34; 34’)と,
該環状スペース(36; 36’, 36’’)内に配置され,前記2個のブッシュ(32, 34; 32’, 34’)を互いに接続する弾性接続体(38; 38’)と,
前記環状スペース(36; 36’, 36”)の端部領域内に配置され,前記2個のブッシュ(32, 34; 32’, 34’)の限定された半径方向の相対変位のみを許容するスペーサ(40, 42; 40’, 42’)とを具え,
各スペーサ(40, 42; 40’, 42’)を一方のブッシュ(32, 34; 32’, 34’)と一体的に形成し,かつ,他方のブッシュ(32, 34; 32’, 34’)に対して前記接続体(38; 38’)を介してのみ作用可能に配置してなるブッシュ装置(30; 30’)において,
各スペーサ(40, 42)を歯付きリング状に構成してなり,
前記内側ブッシュ(32; 32')の軸線方向の端部に,内側スペーサ(40; 40')を配置し,前記内側ブッシュ(32; 32')の前記端部とは反対側の前記外側ブッシュ(34; 34')の軸線方向の端部に,外側スペーサ(42; 42')を配置していることを特徴とするブッシュ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のブッシュ装置(30)であって,前記弾性接続体(38)をゴム状材料で構成し,前記環状スペース(36)を前記弾性接続体(38)及び前記スペーサ(40, 42)で満たしてなることを特徴とするブッシュ装置。
- 請求項1に記載のブッシュ装置(30’)であって,前記2個のブッシュ(32’, 34’),前記スペーサ(40’, 42’)及び前記弾性接続体(38’)を一体的に構成し,内側スペーサ(40’)を内側ブッシュ(32’)の一端に,外側スペーサ(42’)を外側ブッシュ(34’)の他端にそれぞれ配置し,これら2個のスペーサ(40’, 42’)を互いに接続する前記弾性接続体(38’)により,前記2個のブッシュ(32’, 34’)の間の環状スペースを,内側環状スペース(36’)及び外側環状スペース(36’’)に区画してなることを特徴とするブッシュ装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブッシュ装置(30, 30’)であって,該ブッシュ装置が,自在継手シャフトにおける2個の継手部分(18, 22)の間に配置されて,これら継手部分(18, 22)の往復センタリングを司ることを特徴とするブッシュ装置。
- 請求項1又は2の何れか一項に記載のブッシュ装置(30)の製造方法であって,
・ 前記ブッシュ(32, 34)及び前記スペーサ(40, 42)を一体的に形成することにより,内側ブッシュ(32)の一端に近接する内側スペーサ(40)と,外側ブッシュの他端に近接する外側スペーサ(42)とを,互いに直接的に隣接させると共に所定の破断領域(44)により互いに接続し,
・ 内側ブッシュ(32)を外側ブッシュ(34)から突出させ,
・ 次に,内側ブッシュ(32)を外側ブッシュ(34)内に押し込み,その際に前記スペーサ(40, 42)を所定の破断領域(44)内で互いに離間させ,
・ 前記ブッシュ(32, 34)の間の環状スペース(36)を,前記弾性接続体(38’)を成形するゴム状化合物により最終的に満たすことを特徴とする,ブッシュ装置の製造方法。
