Claims (12)
- 12〜40MPaの圧力で操作される高圧合成セクションと0.1〜0.4MPaの低圧で操作される低圧回収セクションを含む1つ以上の回収セクションとを含み、該高圧合成セクションが反応器とストリッパーと高圧凝縮器と高圧スクラバーとを含む、尿素プラントにおいて、アンモニアと二酸化炭素とから尿素を調製する方法であって、
該高圧合成セクションから送出されたガスが、該回収セクションの1つからカルバメートストリームもまた供給される0.5〜12MPaの中圧凝縮器内で凝縮され、その後、生成された凝縮物の少なくとも一部分が、高圧スクラバーに供給され、そこから高圧凝縮器に供給されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記生成された凝縮物がまた、部分的に高圧凝縮器および/または高圧反応器に戻されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生成された凝縮物の全部が高圧スクラバーに供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中圧凝縮器内の温度が70〜140℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中圧凝縮器に供給されるカルバメートが尿素プラントの低圧回収セクションに由来することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中圧凝縮器から送出されるガスストリームが、尿素プラントの回収セクションの1つからカルバメートストリームが供給される0.5〜12MPaの圧力の中圧スクラバー内で凝縮され、その後、生成された凝縮物の少なくとも一部分が前記中圧凝縮器に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 12〜40MPaの圧力で操作される高圧合成セクションと0.1〜0.4MPaの低圧で操作される低圧回収セクションを含む1つ以上の回収セクションを含み、該高圧合成セクションが反応器とストリッパーと高圧凝縮器と高圧スクラバーとを含む、アンモニアと二酸化炭素とから尿素を調製する尿素プラントであって、
該高圧合成セクションのガス出口に接続された0.5〜12MPaの圧力で操作される中圧凝縮器を含むことを特徴とする尿素プラント。 - 前記中圧凝縮器が高圧スクラバーのガス出口に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の尿素プラント。
- 前記尿素プラントがまた、前記中圧凝縮器のガス出口に接続された0.5〜12MPaの圧力で操作される中圧スクラバーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の尿素プラント。
- 12〜40MPaの圧力で操作される高圧合成セクションと0.1〜0.4MPaの低圧で操作される低圧回収セクションを含む1つ以上の回収セクションとを含み、該高圧合成セクションが反応器とストリッパーと高圧凝縮器と高圧スクラバーとを含む、アンモニアと二酸化炭素とから尿素を調製する尿素プラント、を最適化する方法であって、
0.5〜12MPaの圧力で操作される、該高圧合成セクションに由来するガスを凝縮させる中圧凝縮器が該尿素プラントに追加されて高圧ストリッパーの処理能力が増大されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記高圧ストリッパーの処理能力が、追加のストリッパーをさらに設置することにより増大されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記中圧凝縮器からのガスを吸収する、0.5〜12MPaの圧力で操作される中圧スクラバーがさらに追加的に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
