Description
Claims (11)
- (I)カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)パウダーを溶媒に分散させるステップ、(II)前記CNTパウダーが混合された分散溶液に有機バインダーを添加するステップ、及び(III)前記有機バインダーが添加された分散溶液の粘度を調節するためにミーリング工程を実行するステップ、を含み、前記(I)ステップまたは前記(III)ステップは、ナノサイズの金属粒子を添加するステップを含むCNTペーストの製造方法により製造されたCNTペーストを準備するステップと、
前記CNTペーストを基板の上部に形成された電極上に塗布するステップと、
前記電極上に塗布された前記CNTペーストを露光してパターニングするステップ、
前記パターニングされたCNTペーストを塑性するステップと、
前記塑性されたCNTペーストの表面が活性化されるように前記CNTペーストの表面をプラズマ処理、高電界処理、テーピング処理及びローリング処理のいずれかで処理するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするCNTエミッタの製造方法。 - CNTペーストを準備するステップは、(IV)前記混合された分散溶液に感光物質と、前記感光物質と反応して前記有機バインダーと高分子重合を起こすモノマーと、を添加するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記(I)ステップは、前記金属粒子がパウダー形態である場合、前記金属粒子を添加するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記(III)ステップは、前記金属粒子がペースト形態である場合、前記金属粒子を添加するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記金属粒子は、前記CNTパウダーの溶融温度より低い温度で溶融される粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記金属粒子は、Ag、Ru、Ti、Pd、Zn、Fe及びAuのいずれかを含む金属を利用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記CNTパウダーと前記金属粒子は、質量百分率(wt%)が1:2の組成からなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記溶媒は、イソプロピルアルコール(IPA)及びテルピネオール(terpineol)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記CNTペーストを塑性するステップは、大気雰囲気下で250〜300℃の温度で行われる塑性ステップ、及び真空雰囲気下で320〜450℃の温度で行われる塑性ステップのうち少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記大気雰囲気下で行われる塑性ステップは、前記有機バインダーのバーニングアウト及び前記金属粒子の溶融を行うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
- 前記表面処理ステップは、ローリング処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCNTエミッタの製造方法。
