Claims (7)
- 作動中に熱及び/又は音響エネルギーを発生する装置用のエンクロージャ(27)であって、
エンクロージャ中空内部(24)の少なくとも一部分を形成する少なくとも1つの壁(26)を含み、
前記壁(26)は、インナパネル(28)、アウタパネル(30)、支持フレーム(32)及び複数の防振材(64)の組合せを含み、
前記インナパネル(28)が、前記エンクロージャ中空内部(24)から外向きに順々に、
(a)前記エンクロージャ中空内部(24)に面して設けられかつそれを貫通する複数の穿孔(36)を含むインナパネル内側シート(34)と、
(b)前記インナパネル内側シート(34)上に設けられた非金属吸音材料を含むインナパネル吸音部材(38)と、
(c)前記インナパネル吸音部材(38)上に設けられた非金属複合材料を含むインナパネル外側シート(40)と、
(d)前記インナパネル内側シート(34)とインナパネル外側シート(40)との間に設けられた少なくとも1つのパネル補剛部材(42)と、
を含み、
前記アウタパネル(30)は、前記エンクロージャ(27)の外部側(12)から内向きに順々に、
(a)間隔を置いて配置されたサンドイッチ部材第1壁(48)及びサンドイッチ部材第2壁(50)と前記サンドイッチ部材第1壁(48)及び前記サンドイッチ部材第2壁(50)間に設けられてサンドイッチ部材中空チャンバ(54)を形成した複数の間隔を置いて配置された横方向壁(52)とを備えた非金属複合材料を含むアウタパネルサンドイッチ部材(46)と、
(b)前記アウタパネルサンドイッチ部材の前記サンドイッチ部材第2壁(50)上に設けられた非金属耐熱及び耐火材料並びに吸音材料を含むアウタパネル耐熱及び耐火並びに吸音部材(56)と、
を含み、
前記支持フレーム(32)は、間隔を置いた状態で前記インナパネル(28)及び前記アウタパネル(30)を支持しかつ保持するように該インナパネル(28)及び該アウタパネル(30)間に固定されて、該インナパネル(28)と該アウタパネル(30)との間に空間(62)を形成し、
前記複数の防振材(64)は、前記支持フレーム(32)と前記インナパネル(28)及び前記アウタパネル(30)の各々との間にかつ該支持フレーム(32)と該インナパネル(28)及び該アウタパネル(30)の各々とに接触した状態でその少なくとも1つが設けられている、
エンクロージャ(27)。 - 前記インナパネル(28)のパネル補剛部材(42)が、実質的に非金属複合材料で作られている、請求項1記載のエンクロージャ(27)。
- 前記アウタパネルサンドイッチ部材(46)が、前記サンドイッチ部材中空チャンバ(54)内に多孔性非金属材料のコア(66)を含む、請求項1記載のエンクロージャ(27)。
- 前記インナパネル(28)が、前記インナパネル内側シート(34)、前記インナパネル吸音部材(38)及び前記インナパネル外側シート(40)を順々に保持するインナパネル固締手段(44)を含み、
前記支持フレーム(32)は、前記インナパネル(28)を該支持フレーム(32)に固定する第1の支持フレーム固締手段と、前記アウタパネル(30)を該支持フレーム(32)に固定する第2のの支持フレーム固締手段とを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンクロージャ(27)。 - 前記インナパネル内側シート(34)が金属であり、
前記インナパネル吸音部材(38)が、実質的に非金属材料で各々が作られた複数の層を含み、
前記インナパネル(28)の前記パネル補剛部材(42)が、実質的に非金属複合材料で作られ、
前記アウタパネルサンドイッチ部材(46)が、実質的に非金属複合材料で作られかつ前記サンドイッチ部材中空チャンバ(54)内に多孔性非金属材料のコア(66)を含み、
前記アウタパネル耐熱及び耐火並びに吸音部材(56)が、複数の層を含む、請求項4記載のエンクロージャ(27)。 - 前記アウタパネル(30)が、前記サンドイッチ部材第1壁(48)と接合した外部金属シート(68)を含む、請求項1記載のエンクロージャ(27)。
- 前記アウタパネル(30)は実質的に連続しており、前記インナパネル(28)は複数のインナパネルセグメント(72)からなる、請求項1記載のエンクロージャ(27)。
