Description

本発明は、概してソーラーパネルに関し、具体的にはソーラーパネルオーバレイおよびソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体に関する。
ソーラーパワーは、環境に対する影響が少ないため、代替エネルギーとして普及が進んでいる。また、多くの南部の気候では、ソーラーパワーは非常に実用的なエネルギー源である。その結果、頻繁に日光にさらされる建物の屋根に配置される太陽エネルギー収集構造を含む、ソーラーコレクタの多数の変形例が提案されている。
一態様によれば、下部構造上に取り付けられるソーラーパネルオーバレイであって、
基板と、
基板上に位置し、下部構造と同様な外観をソーラーパネルオーバレイに与える、基板上の少なくとも1列の太陽電池と、を有するソーラーパネルオーバレイが提供される。
基板と、
太陽電池が、下部ルーフデッキの外観に似た外観を有する太陽エネルギー収集面を形成する、基板上の少なくとも1列の太陽電池とを有するソーラーパネルオーバレイが提供される。
各ソーラーパネルオーバレイが、基板および基板上の少なくとも1列の太陽電池を有し、少なくとも1列の太陽電池が、基板上に設けられ、下部構造の外観と調和する視覚的外観をソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体に与える、複数の相互に連結されたソーラーパネルオーバレイを有するソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体が提供される。
実施形態の詳細な説明
以下の説明では、モジュール式ソーラーパネルオーバレイおよびソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体の実施形態について論じる。モジュール式ソーラーパネルオーバレイおよびソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体は、モジュール式ソーラーパネルオーバレイおよびソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体が取り付けられる下部構造のパターンに似た構成されている。屋根構造の場合、モジュール式ソーラーパネルオーバレイおよびソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体は、複合シングルで覆われたルーフデッキ、スレートルーフデッキまたは擬似スレートルーフデッキ、すなわち、スレートルーフデッキに見えるように構成された金属、コンクリート、合成材などのルーフデッキ、スペイン風ルーフデッキまたは擬似スペイン風ルーフデッキあるいは似せることのできる他のルーフデッキ構成に似せて構成することができる。その結果、モジュール式ソーラーパネルオーバレイおよびソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体は下部構造と調和し、下部構造の美的外観を維持する。モジュール式ソーラーパネルオーバレイおよびソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体の特定の実施形態について図1〜16を参照して説明する。
Claims (5)
- シングルルーフデッキに固定されるソーラーパネルオーバレイであって、
基板と、
前記基板上の複数列の太陽電池と、を有し、
前記太陽電池の列の間に垂直レリーフが設けられるように、前記太陽電池の各列の間に段が形成され、
前記シングルルーフデッキのシングルに似た外観を有する上面を形成するように構成され、
前記シングルルーフデッキ上の取り付け構造にスライド係合する、前記基板の下面上の複数の取り付け構造をさらに有し、
前記シングルルーフデッキ上に取り付けられたときに、前記基板上の取り付け構造および前記シングルルーフデッキ上の取り付け構造が前記基板によって覆われる、ソーラーパネルオーバレイ。 - 前記各段はライザを形成し、前記ライザのうちの少なくとも一部の前記ライザの下面は、前記基板上の前記取り付け構造の少なくとも1つを保持する、請求項1に記載のソーラーパネルオーバレイ。
- 前記各取り付け構造は、前記シングルルーフデッキに固定されているクリップにスライド係合するレールである、請求項2に記載のソーラーパネルオーバレイ。
- 前記上面は、無作為に配置された複合シングル、スレートシングル、疑似スレートシングル、スペイン風シングルまたは疑似スペイン風シングルのいずれか1つに似た外観を有する、請求項1に記載のソーラーパネルオーバレイ。
- ソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体であって、
請求項1に記載のソーラーパネルオーバレイを複数有し、それらソーラーパネルオーバレイが相互に連結されている、ソーラーパネルオーバレイ組立体。
