Claims (8)
- 上端長手方向に複数のラックを配置し、該ラックを屋根に載置固定することによって該ラックを介して屋根面に葺設自在とするとともに上記上端長手方向の一部又は全部のラックに端子ボックスを一体又は一体的に配置し、上記上端長手方向端部に配置された端子ボックスが隣接する太陽電池モジュールの端子ボックスと相互に重合可能に突出し、該端子ボックスに配置したコネクターの接続によって上記上端長手方向に沿って接続ケーブルを配置してなることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
- 上記ラックの屋根面への載置固定を、ネジ、釘等固定金具の屋根面への直付け金具固定によるものとしてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 上記ラックの一部又は全部に、上位配置の太陽電池モジュールの下辺を受け入れる受溝により支持する固定具の固定具受を配置してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 上記ラックを、合成樹脂製としてなることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 上記合成樹脂を、耐熱性合成樹脂としてなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 上記耐熱性合成樹脂を、変性ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂としてなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 上記端子ボックスを配置したラックを、端子ボックスを有するラック本体と、該ラック本体との間に太陽電池モジュールの上端を受入保持する保持溝を形成するラックカバーを備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかの太陽電池モジュールを用い、屋根軒側にスターターを配置して最下位の太陽電池モジュールの下辺を位置決め固定し、その上端長手方向に配置の複数のラックによって該太陽電池モジュールを屋根に配置し、該ラックにその上位の太陽電池モジュールを載置固定するとともにその上端長手方向に配置の複数のラックによって該上位の太陽電池モジュールを屋根に配置し、最上位の太陽電池モジュールを同じくラックによって屋根に配置し且つ左右方向に隣接する太陽電池モジュールの接続ケーブルを相互に接続してパワーコンディショナーに接続することによって屋根面に葺設配置してなることを特徴とする太陽電池アレイの屋根葺設構造。
