Description
本発明の別の好ましい実施形態では、タービンを提供し、本タービンは、互いにほぼ円周方向に整合したスラッシュ面を備えたバケットプラットフォームを有する1対の円周方向に隣接するバケットを有し、各スラッシュ面は、タービンの高温ガス流路に曝されるプラットフォームの表面の下方で互いにほぼ円周方向に整合した溝を含み、スラッシュ面の少なくとも1つを冷却するための冷却システムは、整合した溝内に配置されたほぼ円筒形のピンを含み、ピンは、該ピンに沿って間隔を置いた軸方向位置で該ピンの周辺部分の周りに形成された複数のチャネルを有し、該チャネルを通して冷却媒体を送達しかつ隣接するタービンバケットプラットフォームのスラッシュ面の少なくとも1つを冷却するようになっている。

Claims (5)
- 互いに円周方向に整合したスラッシュ面(22)を備えたバケットプラットフォーム(14)を有する1対の円周方向に隣接するバケット(10)を有し、前記スラッシュ面の各々が、タービンの高温ガス流路に曝される前記プラットフォームの表面の下方で互いに円周方向に整合した溝(26)を含むタービンにおいて、
前記スラッシュ面の少なくとも一方を冷却するための冷却システムであって、前記整合した溝内に配置された円筒形のダンパピン(28)を含み、前記ダンパピンが、該ダンパピンに沿って間隔を置いた軸方向位置で該ダンパピンの周辺部分の周りに形成された複数のチャネル(30)を有し、該チャネルを通して冷却媒体を送達しかつ前記隣接するタービンバケットプラットフォームのスラッシュ面の少なくとも一方を冷却するように構成され、かつ前記溝の1つの表面が、前記チャネルと対向して位置し、該チャネル内を流れる冷却媒体によって対流冷却されるとともに、前記チャネル(30)が、該チャネルから流出する冷却媒体を前記スラッシュ面の他方をインピンジメント冷却するように向けるように構成された吐出ポートを有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記溝表面が、前記一方のスラッシュ面の一部を形成していて、前記冷却チャネルが、前記一方のスラッシュ面を対流冷却するとともに前記他方のスラッシュ面をインピンジメント冷却するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記チャネルが、前記ダンパピンの対向する両側面に沿って延び、かつ該ダンパピンの全周辺部に達しないで終わることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記チャネル(30)が、前記ダンパピンの対向する両側面に沿って位置し、かつ該ダンパピンの長さに沿って互いに千鳥配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記ダンパピンの両端部が、前記スラッシュ面(22)の端部に沿った対応する平坦部と協働する平面部を備えた半円筒形セクションを有していて、前記溝(26)内での配向を維持することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
