Claims (8)
- ターボ機械用のタービンバケット(24、110、130、174)であって、当該タービンバケットが、
トレンチ空洞(62)を持つバケット空洞前方領域(59)及びシャンク空洞を備えたベース部(30)並びに翼形部(32)を有する本体部分(27)と、
前記本体部分(27)を貫通して延びる冷却流路(87)と、
前記バケット空洞前方領域に向かって前記冷却流路(87)の1つから延びる第1の流路、又は、前記バケット空洞前方領域に向かって前記シャンク空洞から延びる第2の流路の少なくとも1つと
を含んでおり、
前記第1又は第2の流路の前記少なくとも1つは、前記トレンチ空洞(62)及び前記翼形部(32)間の前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)に設けられた開口を備え、該開口が前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)に向かって冷却ガスの流れを送給して前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)内への高温ガスの吸込みを制限する
ことを特徴とする、タービンバケット(24、110、130、174)。 - 前記第1又は第2の流路の前記少なくとも1つが、前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びる単一列に沿って配置された複数の流路(112)を含む、請求項1記載のタービンバケット(110)。
- 前記第1又は第2の流路の前記少なくとも1つが、前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びる複数列として配置される、請求項1記載のタービンバケット(130)。
- 前記第1又は第2の流路の前記少なくとも1つが前記第1の流路を含み、該第1の流路が、前記翼形部(32)と前記ベース部(30)との間の接合部において、前記冷却流路(87)と前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)との間で延びる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)が、緩衝空洞(66)を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記第1又は第2の流路の前記少なくとも1つが、第1の端部(104)と第2の端部(105)とを含み、前記第2の端部(105)が、前記トレンチ空洞(62)の上方に配置される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記ベース部(30)は、前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)から上流側に向かって外向きに延びて前記トレンチ空洞(62)を形成する第1のエンジェルウィング(60)を備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のタービンバケット。
- 前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)が、緩衝空洞(66)を含み、
前記ベース部(30)は、前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)から上流側に向かって外向きに延びて前記トレンチ空洞(62)を形成する第1のエンジェルウィング(60)を備え、
前記ベース部(30)は、前記第1のエンジェルウィング(60)の半径方向内側に位置し、前記バケット空洞前方領域(59)から上流側に向かって外向きに延びて前記緩衝空洞(66)を形成する第2のエンジェルウィング(64)を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のタービンバケット。
