Claims (7)
- 増幅器(5)と発振システム(6)とを備える電圧制御発振器であって、
前記発振システム(6)は、第1及び第2の端子を有するインダクタ(L)を備え、前記インダクタの前記第2の端子は前記増幅器の出力端子に接続されており、
また前記発振システム(6)は、前記インダクタの前記第1及び第2の端子間に直列に接続された第1及び第2の可変コンデンサ(Cv)を備え、
前記第1及び第2の可変コンデンサ間の共通端子が前記発振システムの制御電圧(Uc)のための入力端子を構成し、
前記第1の可変コンデンサの容量は、前記入力端子と前記第1の可変コンデンサの他方の端子との間の電圧差に従って変化し、前記第2の可変コンデンサの容量は、前記入力端子と前記第2の可変コンデンサの他方の端子との間の電圧差に従って変化し、
前記第1の可変コンデンサの容量(Cv+)は、前記入力端子と前記第1の可変コンデンサの前記他方の端子との間の電圧差と同じ方向に変化し、前記第2の可変コンデンサの容量(Cv−)は、前記入力端子と前記第2の可変コンデンサの前記他方の端子との間の電圧差と反対方向に変化し、この結果前記第1及び第2の可変コンデンサの容量は前記発振システムの前記制御電圧に従って変化するように前記第1及び第2の可変コンデンサが構成されている
ことを特徴とする電圧制御発振器。 - 前記第1の可変コンデンサは、PMOS型のトランジスタによって形成され、前記第2の可変コンデンサは、NMOS型のトランジスタによって形成され、各々の前記トランジスタのソース及びドレインは前記共通端子に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発振器。
- 固定容量を有する第3のコンデンサ(C1)が、前記第1及び第2の可変コンデンサと直列に接続され、前記第1、第2及び第3のコンデンサは前記第1及び第2の端子間の前記インダクタに並列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発振器。
- 前記インダクタの前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子との間に直列に、かつ前記第1の可変コンデンサ及び前記第2の可変コンデンサに並列に接続された追加の第1の可変コンデンサ及び追加の第2の可変コンデンサを備え、
前記追加の第1及び第2の可変コンデンサの間の共通端子が、前記発振システムの追加の制御電圧(Usc)のための追加の入力端子を構成し、
前記追加の第1の可変コンデンサの容量(Csv+)が、前記追加の入力端子と前記追加の第1の可変コンデンサの他の端子との間の電圧差と同じ方向に変化し、前記追加の第2の可変コンデンサの容量(Csv−)が、前記追加の入力端子と前記追加の第2の可変コンデンサの他の端子との間の電圧差と反対方向に変化し、この結果前記追加の第1及び第2の可変コンデンサの容量は前記発振システムの前記追加の制御電圧(Usc)に従って変化するように、前記追加の第1及び第2のコンデンサは構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発振器。 - 固定容量を有する少なくとも1つの追加のコンデンサが、前記追加の第1及び第2の可変コンデンサと直列に、かつ前記インダクタと並列に、かつ前記第1の可変コンデンサ及び前記第2の可変コンデンサと並列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の発振器。
- 前記インダクタの前記第1の端子が接地され、前記増幅器の前記出力端子が前記増幅器の第1の入力端子に接続されたフィードバック端子を構成し、前記増幅器の第2の入力端子が接地されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発振器。
- 前記インダクタの前記第1の端子は、前記増幅器の入力端子に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発振器。
