Claims (26)
- 信号受信デバイスまたは信号送信デバイスを使用する上でガラスの適合性を向上するよ
う信号に対する不透過性を減少することにより色調を帯びた中間層を改質する方法において、レーザ光線を使用して前記中間層を照射し、この中間層における色調を除去する、または色調の強さを減少することにより信号に対する不透過性を減少した領域を設けるステップを有することを特徴とするガラス改質方法。 - レーザを使用し中間層を通過する信号に対する不透過性を減少した領域を設ける請求項
1に記載の方法。 - ガラス材料を使用し、自動車用のガラスを形成する請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 自動車用のガラスは、自動車の、フロントガラス、サイドウインドウガラス、ドアウイ
ンドウガラス、バックライト、ルーフライト、または内部コンポーネントのためのガラスとした請求項3に記載の方法。 - ガラス材料を使用して、建物または建物の一部用のガラスを形成する請求項1または2
に記載の方法。 - さらに、レーザ処理後に、中間層を有するガラスに対して、信号受信デバイスまたは信
号送信デバイスを作用的に関連付けるステップを有する請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 信号受信デバイスを、信号がレーザ処理した領域を通過してこの信号受信デバイスによ
って信号を受信できるガラスの位置に取り付け、または、信号送信デバイスを、信号がレーザ処理した領域を通過してこの信号送信デバイスから送信できるガラスの位置に取り付ける請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記信号受信デバイスを、雨センサまたは光センサとする請求項6または7に記載の方
法。 - 前記中間層を、PVB中間層とした請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層の一部のみが、信号に対して不透過性を有するものとした請求項1に記載の
方法。 - 前記中間層を、2個のガラス層間に挟み込んでラミネートガラスを形成する請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層を、ラミネートガラス内に存在させたままで改質する請求項11に記載の方
法。 - 不透過性を減少した領域の光学的透過率を、前記中間層を改質させる以前の領域におけ
る光学的透過率の少なくとも20%増加させる請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 不透過性を減少した領域の光学的透過率を、前記中間層を改質させる以前の領域におけ
る光学的透過率の少なくとも30%増加させる請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 不透過性を減少した領域の光学的透過率を、前記中間層を改質させる以前の領域におけ
る光学的透過率の少なくとも100%増加させる請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 不透過性を、1000nm波長の光で測定する請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 光学的透過率を、600nmまたは850nm波長の光で測定する請求項15に記載の
方法。 - 請求項1〜17に記載の方法によって改質したことを特徴とするガラス。
- 信号送信デバイスまたは信号受信デバイスに作用的に関連するガラスにおいて、受信ま
たは送信される信号に対し相対的に低い不透過性を示すレーザ処理した領域を有し、使用にあたり、信号に対する前記不透過性が相対的に低い領域を信号が通過できるよう前記デバイスを配置したことを特徴とするガラス。 - 前記ガラスは、中間層を有するラミネートガラスとし、前記中間層の少なくとも一部は
、レーザ処理して不透過性を減少させたレーザ処理領域を有するものとした請求項19に記載のガラス。 - 前記中間層は、PVB中間層とした請求項20に記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスは、自動車用のガラスとした請求項19〜21のうちいずれか一項に記載の
ガラス。 - 前記ガラスは、フロントガラス、サイドウインドウ、バックライト、またはルーフライ
トに使用するガラスとした請求項22に記載のガラス。 - 前記ガラスは、建物またはその一部に使用するガラスとした請求項19〜23のうちい
ずれか一項に記載のガラス。 - 請求項22または23に記載のガラスを有することを特徴とする自動車または自動車の
一部。 - 請求項24に記載のガラスを有することを特徴とする建物もしくは建物の一部。
