図1は、本発明が適用される液晶表示装置の概略構成を示す模式平面図である。図2は、図1に示した液晶表示装置の模式分解斜視図である。図3は、図1に示した液晶表示装置の模式裏面図である。
図4は、図3に示した領域AR1の模式平面図である。図5は、図4のA−A’線における模式断面図である。図6は、図4のB−B’線における模式断面図である。
図7は、下フレームに第1の突起部および第2の突起部を形成する工程の模式平面図である。図8は、図7のC−C’線における断面で見た第1の突起および第2の突起を形成する工程の模式断面図である。

Claims (6)
- 表示パネルと、観察者から見て前記表示パネルの後方に配置される下フレームと、前記下フレームの平坦な面に取り付けられたプリント回路基板とを有する表示装置であって、
前記下フレームは、前記プリント回路基板を取り付ける領域の外側にあり、かつ、前記プリント回路基板を取り付ける領域を挟んで対向する複数箇所の部位を、前記プリント回路基板側に折り曲げた位置決め用の突起を有し、
前記位置決め用の突起は、前記下フレームに取り付けられた前記プリント回路基板よりも突出しており、かつ、前記プリント回路基板よりも突出した部分が、前記プリント回路基板から遠ざかる方向に折り曲げられていることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記下フレームは、前記プリント回路基板を取り付ける領域の内側に、前記プリント回路基板側に折り曲げられたプリント回路基板固定用の突起を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板は、平行な2つの辺のそれぞれの中央付近に、相対する辺の方向に後退した位置合わせ用の溝部を有し、
前記下フレームの前記位置決め用の突起は、前記プリント回路基板の前記位置合わせ用の溝部で前記プリント回路基板を挟んで支持固定していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記プリント回路基板は、平面で見た形状が概略四辺形であり、
前記下フレームの前記位置決め用の突起は、前記プリント回路基板の4つの辺のそれぞれと対向する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記プリント回路基板は、観察者から見て前記下フレームの後方に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルは、一対の基板の間に液晶材料を封入した液晶表示パネルであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
