を備えたことを特徴とする物質注入装置。
粒子固定部に固定された粒子に孔を形成する際の粒子固定部の粒子を固定する側の面と中心軸との間のなす角が45度以上135度以下となるよう針を設置する針設置工程と、
前記針設置工程により針が設置され、前記粒子および/または針の像を粒子固定部越しに観察する場合に、当該粒子固定部を通過してきた光に基づいて前記粒子および/または針の像を形成する像形成工程と、
を含んだことを特徴とする物質注入方法。

Claims (1)
- 粒子に物質を注入する物質注入装置であって、
SiまたはSiO 2 により形成され、微細孔を有し、前記粒子を前記微細孔で吸引することにより前記粒子を固定する粒子固定部と、
前記粒子固定部の前記粒子を固定する側の面と中心軸が45度以上135度以下の角度をなすように配置され、前記粒子に孔を形成することにより物質を注入する針と、
波長が550ナノメートル以下の第1の光および波長が650ナノメートル以上の第2の光を前記粒子固定部および前記針の垂直上方から照射する発光手段と、
前記粒子および/または前記針の像を垂直下方から前記粒子固定部越しに観察する場合に、前記粒子固定部が有する前記微細孔を透過した前記第1の光により前記微細孔の像を形成し、前記粒子固定部を透過した前記第2の光により前記粒子固定部に前記微細孔で固定された前記粒子および/または前記針の像を形成する像形成手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする物質注入装置。
