Claims (5)
- 生体(20)への人工ストーマ(18)の作成とその後の生体への又は生体からの流体の移送のための装置であって、
その両者の間に或る長さ(28)が配置された第1及び第2の端部(24,26)を有する薄いフォイル材(22)であって、前記端部の一方が他方の端部に折り返され又は陥入されている該フォイル材と、
蓋材(30)であって、該蓋材を貫通して前記フォイル材(22)の各端部(24,26)をその内に確実に捕捉する少なくとも1つの口(34)を有し、前記口は前記フォイル材(22)の陥入によって形成される空間(32)内の前記第1及び第2のフォイル材端部(24,26)の間で終わり、前記口(34)への膨張源(44)の適用が前記フォイル材(22)の長さ(28)の膨張を生起し、外側と内側の外向きの同心の表面(38,40)を有する全体的に円環体形状のバルーン(36)を形成し、前記装置の内部を通る内側外向き表面(40)により形成される通路(42)と連通する前記蓋材(30)を貫通する穴(50)を有する、該蓋材(30)とを有し、
前記バルーン(36)の外側の表面(38)に、中空のディスク形状ふくらみであるバルジ部分(54)が形成され、前記バルジ部分(54)は、前記人工ストーマ(18)の外部分にあるように、前記フォイル材の前記第1の端部(24)に近接して位置付けられ、前記蓋材(30)は、前記バルジ部分の前記フォイル材軸方向の外部側の端部に位置付けられ、

前記フォイル材(22)を前記生体(20)内に収縮した状態にて配置し且つ前記蓋材(30)を前記ストーマ(18)の体表面に隣接して位置付けるための挿入装置(66)をさらに有し、
前記挿入装置(66)が、
挿入器(68)と捕捉要素(80)とを有し、前記挿入器(68)は、その中に前記フォイル材(22)が一時的に捕捉される空所(78)を有する先細り形状のプローブ(70)を備えており、前記捕捉要素(80)は、前記穴(50)内に摩擦的に適合する寸法で前記フォイル材と関係して前記挿入器(68)を前記蓋材(30)に隣接する位置に保持することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記円環体形状のバルーン(36)は膨張の増大に伴いより増大する力を付与するに適しており、前記力はフォイル材(22)の軸方向に沿って前記蓋材(30)に向かって付与されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入器(68)に取り付けられる延長棒(76)を有し、前記延長棒(76)は、前記先細り形状のプローブ(70)が、前記蓋材(30)又は前記捕捉要素(80)の位置に影響することなく、前記空所(78)内において前記フォイル材(22)が外されるまで、前記生体(20)内に深く挿入されることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記バルーン(36)の膨張及び前記捕捉要素(80)の除去に続いて、前記通路(42)と穴(50)を介して、前記挿入器(68)が前記生体(20)から除去されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記生体(20)内に予め位置付けられた案内ワイヤ線に係合することにより前記生体(20)内に配置されるに適した請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。
