Claims (15)
- 膨張可能なプラスチック粒状物(G)を連続的に製造する方法であって、
前記方法は、設備を用いて、流体膨張剤(B)を使用してプラスチック溶解物(F)を含浸し、含浸された前記溶解物を粒状化することによって行われ、
前記設備が、構成要素として、前記溶解物用の少なくとも1つの圧力生成供給装置(10)と、前記膨張剤用の計量装置(9)と、前記溶解物の前記含浸のための接触・均一化装置(2)と、含浸された前記溶解物を冷却するための少なくとも1つの冷却器(3)と、水中造粒機(6)と、設備制御部(1)とを備え、
前記粒状化が、前記水中造粒機において前記粒状物用の冷却・移送媒体として使用される液体を使用して実施される、前記方法において、
粒状化中に使用される前記液体に高圧が掛けられ、それに基づいて、未だ凝固していない前記粒状物内の前記膨張剤の膨張作用が、少なくとも部分的に抑制され、前記粒状化のために設定された変数の制御が、前記設備制御部を使用して実行され、前記変数は、前記造粒機の入口の含浸された前記溶解物の温度及び圧力であり、前記変数の測定が行われ、測定値が、所望値と比較され、前記所望値との偏差が、前記制御において設備制御部によって使用されて、1つ又は複数の前記冷却器(3)によって、含浸された前記溶解物からの熱の取り出しが制御され、膨張剤によって含浸された前記溶解物の温度及び圧力が、前記水中造粒機に進入する前に制御される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記粒状物用の冷却・移送媒体として使用される前記液体が、水又は塩水である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 静的混合器が、接触・均一化装置(2)として使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の冷却器(3)が、静的混合器である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記静的混合器が、熱交換管として設計された混合要素を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。

- 請求項1から13までのいずれか一項による、膨張可能なプラスチック粒状物(G)の製造をするための設備において、
前記設備が、直列に配置される以下の構成要素、即ち、含浸する溶解物用の第1ギア・ポンプ(10)又は押出機(10)と、膨張剤(B)用の計量ポンプ(9)への入口接続部を備えた静的混合器(2)と、1つの冷却器(3)又は一連の冷却器であってその熱交換器が静的混合要素として設計される冷却器と、前記一連の冷却器の中に、又は前記1つ若しくは複数の冷却器の下流でそれに続くところに配置される第2ギア・ポンプと、さらなる静的混合器(5)と、水中造粒機(6)と、設備電子制御部(1)であって、前記粒状化のために設定される前記変数の前記制御のために設けられ、この目的のために、前記供給手段、即ち前記指定ポンプ又は押出機、前記1つの冷却器若しくは複数の冷却器、及び前記造粒機への信号伝送接続部(110、13、16、19)を有する制御部(1)とを含む、前記設備。 - 前記第1ギア・ポンプに続く前記静的混合器(2)が、第1静的混合器(2a)であり、それに第2静的混合器(2b)が続き、前記第1静的混合器の混合要素が、前記第2混合器よりも大きな剪断効果を作り出し、及び前記第2静的混合器が、前記第1静的混合器の対応する断面よりも大きな流れ断面を有する、請求項14に記載の設備。
