まず、本発明のナノファイバー合糸装置の第1の実施形態について、図1〜図4を参照して説明する。
次に、本発明のナノファイバー合糸装置の第2の実施形態について、図5、図6を参照して説明する。なお、この実施形態の説明においては、上記第1の実施形態の構成要素と同一の構成要素について同じ参照符号を付して説明を省略し、主として相違点についてのみ説明する。

Claims (10)
- 高分子物質を溶媒に溶解した高分子溶液を紡糸ヘッドに設けられた複数の小穴から流出させるとともに帯電させ、静電爆発にて延伸させて複数本のナノファイバーを生成するナノファイバー生成工程と、生成されたナノファイバーを、帯電したナノファイバーに対して電位差を有するとともに軸芯部に貫通孔を有する収集電極にて吸引しつつ旋回させて集束することで撚りをかける撚り工程と、撚られたナノファイバーを収集電極の貫通孔を通して回収する回収工程とを有し、収集電極の最大外径dを、紡糸ヘッドと収集電極の間の距離をLとして、L/10≧d≧L/100とすることを特徴とするナノファイバーの合糸方法。
- 収集電極は、紡糸ヘッド側の端部に拡大頭部を有する軸体からなり、かつその拡大頭部の形状が、軸芯部に貫通孔を有する断面ハート形の回転体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のナノファイバーの合糸方法。
- 撚り工程は、収集電極に向けて流動するナノファイバーをその流動方向に沿う軸心回りに旋回させ、旋回して流動するナノファイバーを収束することで撚りをかけることを特徴とする請求項1記載のナノファイバーの合糸方法。
- 撚り工程は、収集電極をその軸芯回りに回転させることで撚りをかけることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のナノファイバーの合糸方法。
- 少なくとも合糸初期に、ナノファイバーの旋回軸芯部及び収集電極の貫通孔を通して芯糸を供給し、この芯糸を回収工程でナノファイバーとともに回収することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のナノファイバーの合糸方法。
- 高分子物質を溶媒に溶解した高分子溶液を複数の小穴から流出させる紡糸ヘッドと、紡糸ヘッドから流出する高分子溶液に電荷を帯電させる電界発生手段と、紡糸ヘッドから帯電して流出した高分子溶液が静電爆発にて延伸されて生成されたナノファイバーを、帯電したナノファイバーと電位差のある電圧が印加されて生成されたナノファイバーを吸引する軸芯部に貫通孔を有する収集電極と、収集電極に吸引されるナノファイバーを旋回させて撚りをかけて集束するナノファイバー旋回手段と、撚りをかけて集束されたナノファイバーを収集電極の貫通孔を通して巻き取って回収する回収手段とを備え、収集電極の最大外径dを紡糸ヘッドと収集電極の間の距離をLとして、L/10≧d≧L/100としたことを特徴とするナノファイバーの合糸装置。
- 紡糸ヘッドとナノファイバー旋回手段を、周面に複数の小穴を有する円筒容器と、円筒容器内に高分子溶液を供給する高分子溶液供給手段と、回転容器をナノファイバーの流動方向に沿う軸心回りに回転させる回転駆動手段と、円筒容器の小穴から放射状に流出した高分子溶液及び生成されたナノファイバーを収集電極に向けて流動させる流動手段にて構成したことを特徴とする請求項6記載のナノファイバーの合糸装置。
- ナノファイバー旋回手段を、収集電極に向けて流動するナノファイバーの流動方向に沿う軸心回りに紡糸ヘッドを回転させる手段にて構成したことを特徴とする請求項6記載のナノファイバーの合糸装置。
- ナノファイバー旋回手段を、収集電極をその軸芯回りに回転させる手段にて構成したことを特徴とする請求項6〜8の何れかに記載のナノファイバーの合糸装置。
- 旋回して集束するナノファイバーの旋回軸芯部を通して回収手段に芯糸を送給する芯糸 供給手段を配設したことを特徴とする請求項6〜9の何れかに記載のナノファイバーの合糸装置。
