Claims (10)
- 2本の測定チューブと、振動変換装置とを具備するコリオリ型質量流量測定装置において、
測定チューブ(1)にそれぞれ1つのキャリヤ(2)が固定されており、
前記振動変換装置は両キャリヤ(2)間で作用するように構成されて配置されており、
前記振動変換装置として1つの振動励起装置(3)および2つの振動センサ(4)が設けられており、
前記振動励起装置(3)は、前記キャリヤ(2)間で前記測定チューブ(1)の両側に作用し、
前記振動センサ(4)は、前記キャリヤ(2)間で前記測定チューブ(1)の一方の側に作用し、
前記振動センサ(4)と対峙する側に、それぞれ2つのバランス用重り(13)が設けられている
ことを特徴とするコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。 - 前記キャリヤ(2)は、取付箇所において、前記振動変換装置を受容するための、2つのキャリヤ(2)の間の装着領域の距離が、2本の測定チューブ(1)間の距離より大きくなるように構成され且つ配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
- 前記2本の測定チューブ(1)は、少なくともある部分でお互いに平行に延出することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
- 前記キャリヤ(2)は、2本の測定チューブ(1)が平行に延出する領域に配されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
- 前記キャリヤ(2)は、それぞれ中間領域において前記測定チューブ(1)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
- 前記振動励起装置(3)は、それぞれ1つのマグネットコイル(10)と該マグネットコイル(10)の中に延出するマグネット(11)を有する2つの変換手段(12)によって全体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
- 前記振動センサ(4)において、前記測定チューブ(1)の一方の側に変換手段(12)が設けられ、前記測定チューブ(1)の他方の側には2つのバランス用重り(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
- 前記キャリヤ(2)は、それぞれ外側から測定チューブ(1)に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
- 前記キャリヤ(2)は、少なくとも180°で広がる周囲領域に沿ってそれぞれの測定チューブ(1)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
- 前記2つのバランス用重り(13)の合計質量は、前記振動センサ(4)を形成する反対側の変換手段(12)の質量に相当することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載のコリオリ型質量流量測定装置。
