Description
まず、U字状の導体セグメント1に捻り成形を加える。導体セグメント1は、端部をのぞいて樹脂皮膜(絶縁被膜)で被覆された長板U字状を有している。導体セグメント1は、図1に示したように、第1の導体セグメント10,第2の導体セグメント11、第3の導体セグメント12,第4の導体セグメント13がある。この第1の導体セグメント10と第2の導体セグメント11とを重ね合わせた状態を図1に示した。なお、第3の導体セグメント12と第4の導体セグメント13とを重ね合わせた状態は図1に示した状態と同様な状態である。

Claims (2)
- U字形状に形成された導体セグメント群に捻り成形を施す工程と、
捻り成形が施された該導体セグメント群の直線部を密着させる工程と、
該導体セグメント群の直線部をステータコアのスロットに挿入する工程と、
該ステータコアを貫通した該導体セグメント群のそれぞれの端部が所定の位置に配置されるように成形する工程と、
該ステータコアを貫通した該導体セグメント群の端部同士を溶接する工程と、
を有するステータの巻線の製造方法であって、
前記導体セグメント群のそれぞれの端部を成形する工程は、前記ステータコアに挿入された該導体セグメントの端部のうち所定の端部ごとに挿入される挿入孔が開口した分割器に、各該導体セグメントの端部を挿入し、その後、該分割器を径方向外方に変移することを特徴とするステータの巻線の製造方法。 - 前記変移は、前記挿入孔のうち最内周に位置する挿入孔が前記導体セグメントの直線部の延長上に来るまで行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のステータの巻線の製造方法。
